Received a call from this number tonight. Caller said his name was Jack Williams and he was with Microsoft. He said my carrier had contacted them and that my computer had sent out 253 corrupted messages and that my computer was corrupted. When I contacted my carrier they had no record of that communication. We're receiving lots of calls from "unknown sources".....just have to be cautious all the time.

I got the same call....I asked him for his info...he gave me his name Jack Williams...then when I asked where is he located,  he hung up!!!

Suspicious caller said he was with Microsoft Technical Support. Name was Jack Williams? This comes up on caller ID as a Pennsylvania call. I phoned MSN and my internet carrier and they claim that Microsoft does not operate out of pennsylvania and that they would never call customer unless customer contacted them first. He said my computer was compromised and was sending out ecryptic(?) messages and that my internet carrier contacted them directly to let them know. Did not give Mr. Williams any info. Very suspicious!!
