I have received numerous call sfrom the "Medical Health Care Center"  They have also called from the following number: 786-607-7448, 305-590-8186.  I have filed reports both verbally (over the phone) nad through the internet form with the FCC & FDC. They claim someone in my household filled out an online survey for Bladder surgery. (No one has had bladder surgery) this time. Preciously it was for a certain type of birth control (that no-one in my family has ever taken). This company is trying get HIPA protected information.  I urge everyone to file complaints with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) & the FDC (Federal Trade Commission)

I've received about half a dozen phone calls from this "outfit" over the last month, though the caller ID never shows a number, it says "Unassigned." But the caller identifies himself as so-and-so from the U.S. Medical Helpline Center and he purports to know I've had this-or-that kind of surgery. At which point I hang up. I am in the do-not-call registry. The calls are extremely annoying.

These calls are from scammers.  
Scammers do not care about the Do Not Call List.  
Scammers do not care about attorney threats.
Scammers do not care if you asked not to be called.

They keep calling me looking for a woman named Misty. Every time they call they assume I'm a woman and thus it begins. Ma'am this and Miss that. I am a 22 year old man thank you very much. oh well. they're annoying.

Caller ID showed Miami FL 786-472-4271. Heavy foreign accent, maybe Pakistani, saying he was calling from US Medical Helpline Center. He says he's calling to give monitary compensation for a surgery I had, then asks me if I've had bladder mesh surgery or hip surgery. When I asked if I do buisness with them and I repeated several times I was on the do not call list, he said it is not a business, it is an organization.  I refused to tell him of any surgery and asked him to mail me a letter instead because of the communication problem.  At the time, I did not know if this was in regards to my mother who had received hip surgery.  In any case, I gave no information and then came here.  I see so many with the exact same problem.  Scammer.  I did ask for a number to call back, and I was given 786-533-8041.  I will not be calling them.

Got a call from this number 786-533-8041 and they wanted to know if I've ever taken any birth control, No, Oh, maybe you had female surgery? Oh No...I told them to take my name off the list and the person continued to say but I'm trying to get you lots of money...I said take me off your list and then hung up.

This number called my phone 12 times in 5minutes calling when would answer my other line would ring so I would click over since it's the same number and the would start talking and I could barely understand their badly broken English.... I tried to explain I am on a national do not call list which led led to them hanging up on me. After awhile I started calling back and the person who answered told me they got my number from my cell phone provider.... I then hung up to call my provider and ask what this was about and of course they denied it. So I called back demanding a supervisor he asked why and I asked him again to transfer me.  Finally I got a supervisor he assured me that I would not get another call. Five hours later I get the same number calling....it calls 38times in only 24minutes....  when I get home I have my fiance call and the man told him to f*** off the he f****d his mom last night (who is dead) and that he had our address and were gonna cone castrate him and then slit my throat and F*** my dead body..... wow I'm appalled and hope someone does anything soon

Got tired of them calling 3 times in one day and called them back.  Told them if they call me again, I will report them for harrassment!  I have their number and hopefully they will not call again.

This number calls me 2-3 times a day! The last time they called no one answered.

harassing people call me 4 and 5 times a day I have asked to be removed from the list and I got told I sound so cute this is f****ng ridiculous.

two times today this guy has called for ms gibson (who does not live here or is her number) i asked the company name after  the second call today. the guy was heavily accented both times and sounded like the same person calling today. My husband talked with him earlier and I talked with him and could not get a word in edge wise. I asked the company name and he just told me that it was a medical clearinghouse without a company name. i then had to yell at him to get him to stop talking and listen to the number i wanted off the calling list, he repeated the number but somehow i doubt he took it off,. i asked to talk to a supervisor, to which he told me he was the manager and there was no one there although i could hear other calls and noise in the background. he asked me if i had mesh surgery. THIS IS NOT ETHICAL OR LEGAL MEDICAL PRACTICES, IT VIOLATES THE HIPPA PRACTICES as no one is to have a health clearinghouse. Patients have to sign for protected health information I am in the medical field and know this is the truth.

this is the second time that these idiots called, what do they not understand DO NOT CALL. I talked with a heavily accented man again, asking for ms gibson. So due to the fact that my phone is messing up....calls to the house are fine, you can hear me, but if i call out you do not hear me. So i called back on my cell....he would not stop talking i had to yell at him, he never once told me the name of the company. just told me they were a medical clearing house and asked me if i had mesh surgery and could he talk with ms gibson, i again told him no such person. asked for a supervisor and he told me that he was the manager and there was no one available that spoke english well enough to take the number off the calling list. we will see..........again it came from maimi fla. BESIDES IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION WITHOUT HIPPA PROTECTION !!! They are in violation of HIPPA practices, Unethical medical techniques as ethical medical professionals will not call you like that !!

this guy calls about every couple of months now, heavily accented asking for a ms gibson, to which there is no one by that name here. One time, the call was from payday loan person again with heavy accent. today they called again and my husband answered the phone, telling them that he would contact a lawyer if they proceeded to call this number again and hung up on them. unsure of what business the number comes back to but it says it is a miami fla number calling......probably spoofed.

Keeps calling regarding medical settlement cases for birth control pills.  Uses vulagarity as well. How do I stop this?

I got a call a few days ago and today. When they leave a message they say over and over "Hello". I called back today, Billy Marshall with an accent picked up. I told them to take me off their list. When they pick up the one it's some sort of health insurance.

They called me sounded very middle eastern voice... tells me that my wife was using birth control... I told them ive neva been married... then he said he was a secret agent who works alone and has lots of money if I wanted to join him... Lmao

I, too, get several calls throughout the day from this number and 1-812-613-5658 English, IN, both relating to the same thing....medical insurance or medical problems. It's hard to understand with his accent. I have asked them several times over the course of the pass four or five weeks to stop calling me. Please take me off your list.......their response is always I am trying to help you. Well, today, I had enough and told the man that his company was P$%^ing me off and he said P&&%ing you off???? I said Im angry can you understand that.....oh angry yes.......When I asked to speak to a supervisor he claimed that he was the supervisor and our conversation was being recorded. He worked for the federal government and that everything I was saying could be held against me. I told him I did not care, to stop harassing me, and remove my number then I hung up. These calls are frustrating. I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I received a call from this number this morning. I didn't even allow him time to talk. I immediately knew this was a scam due to the idian voice. I advise not to call my number or I would take legal action. I think it's very sad that ppl feel the need to scam for money get up off your a** and get a real job like the rest of us decent human beings.

Yes i got called by that number asking to fax my medical record to help me get some compasation money thats harrasment i told them i spoke to my lawyer they just so presistan who are grey!!!?

This number has called me multiple times but leaves no message and when I answer they hang up.

Yes, they told us the same thing...said you will get hundreds of calls a day if I didn't listen and answer all his questions.
