The number calls my cell phone and doesn't leave a message.

I just received a cell phone call from this number as well, with no message.

I got the same call twice this morning. It's a fax machine, apparently sending to wrong numbers. I called the number and got through to the UPMC switchboard. I told the receptionist of the issue, however she stated there was no way of knowing where the call originated and was unable to do anything about it.

Her suggestion was that eventually they will discover the number being called is incorrect and "should" stop.

It is the Human Resources dept. @ U. of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

That number would be UPMC Health Plan. UPMC H.R. moved from that building and now has a different outgoing phone number.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for weeks.  No one is ever on the line and I do not hear any beeping from a fax machine.
