This is not a scam.  It is a legitimate company.  Ask the folks at Walgereen or CVS about them.  They'll know and be happy to tell you.

Express Scripts is NOT an ethical company.
They offer NO WAY to opt out of these annoying, nannying robo-calls.
When you call in a renewal, there is NO WAY to opt out of reminder calls.
There is NEVER a way to talk to a human.
They offer NO WAY to remove your number from their robo-calling list when they robo-call.
Even "Rachel from Cardholder Services" offered the option to receive no further calls!

If you register for email notices, there is STILL NO WAY to opt out of these repeated, totally unnecessary robo-calls.

They keep switching the number used to call, so every week or so, I get another robo-call.

I block every Express Scripts call into my cell phone, yet somehow they still manage to leave voicemail messages!

yes it is a legitimate mail order pharmacy service, Express Scripts,  if you are on Tri Care Humana Military, for example,  this is the one they use. Many doctors offices use this service to expedite and save patients money on their Rxs. It is for a 90 day supply so is handy.

It is express scripts and it is a mail order pharmacy.  If they are calling you, they simply have the wrong phone number on file.  It is legitimate on their end.

THESE CALLS COME FROM PENNSYLVANNA.  I CONTACTED THE STATES ATY THERE AND THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME

THIS COMPANY KEEPS CALLING IT'S, I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

We have been getting numerous "robo" calls from Express Scripts.
They have the name of my wife and state that the prescription order we faxed to them yesterday is being shipped on XX-XX-2013 and will arrive by USPS on about XX-XX-2013.
This is clearly a scam, but I'm not sure how they collect!
I don't think that this is a legitimate company because we are not an established customer.

It is Express Scripts, a pharmacy management business for consumers. You should not be getting a call from them unless you have a prescription referral or refill being processed. This is not spam or telemarketing, but a legitimate company contacting its established clients relating to current business.
