Don't know who this is, but they have my first name and say they have information for me. I have not called the (877) number they left.  Anyone know who this is?

I'm getting calls from kaiser saying they've got a message for me and I should call them back and follow the instructions.

If Kaiser has a message or a survey, they can print it and mail it to me.

Love to see my money being wasted this way.

It's Kaiser calling. I called the number back and it's basically a quick survey about Kaiser- what tools do you like on the website, would you recommend Kaiser, have you recommended Kaiser to others, are you planning to stay with Kaiser next year.

I never answer number's I don't know and this caller was from Pittsburgh, PA? I don't know anyone in Pittsburg...go figure. Reading the post above made me think it might have something to do with Kaiser as I did make an appt online today and didn't actually speak to a live person, but Kaiser usually calls from an 800 number to confirm appts...

I called Kaiser tech support about this and they can't identify this # as their own, even though the automated voice on this call said "I'm calling from Kaiser."

Kaiser Tech support recommends not calling the number back.

It was an automated essage from Kaiser, saying they have important information for me (and used my name).  Weird.  I took a survey previously, so perhaps this is a follow up.  I haven't called back because it sounds a little suspicious.

Yes it is Kaiser so the computer mess says they have some important info for me to call 877 number. Why didn't they mail it? Calling on Saturday? Business Office Monday through Friday!

who is this?   they leave half a message.  it's as though their recorded message does not realize my voice mail has answered and it starts the message immediately.
