I just got the same thing, for approval of my MRI. I was happy to get the call. Why people complain about this is beyond me. I've been with Blue Cross at least since 1976 and they've been great!

This is empire blue cross blue shield. I HATE them! They have left about 10 messages telling me to call back 855-411-7854 but when I call that number it says the number can't be completed as dialed. Stupid empire!!!!! They called to give me an approval code for the MRI but why couldn't they have just left

Received a call from this number which left an automated message to call 1-855-411-7854 and that the call was from "Empire."
Empire what?
I called back but hung up before I got to a person. Sounds like a debt collector agency.
