calls at least once a day & doesn't leave a message.  Caller ID says Outreach Association.

THANK YOU.  Filed a complaint today.  EVERYONE go to this website and file a complaint, it is the FCC.  These types of telemarketers are scared sh**less of the FCC and if we all complain, they can get fined and/or jail sentences.  C'mon, lets get these idiots TERMINATED.  :-)

These people call at least once a day (today it was twice) - when they get my voicemail they hang up.  They are also using 412-773-8571.  Very annoying and time-wasting.

I got a call from this number today at 4:25 PM PST.  I'm in Corvallis, OR.  There was just silence on the other end.

I WANT TO MAKE THEM STOP!!

They've called me four times in the last five days.  They are fundraisers who call on behalf of charities, political parties, candidates, etc., that you might have donated to at one time.  Just tell them to take you off of their calling list.  When you answer a person will come on in about five seconds, because the calls are generated by an automatic caller, which indicates to the caller that you have answered.  Political parties are exempt from the No Call List by law, so that's probably why you still get them.

This "Outreach Assoc" group called me from 412-773-8566, 8570, and now 8574.  Each time I have blocked them and I will continue to block them, no matter what number they use!

You can file a complaint here at the Do Not Call Registry and add the details what they called about, what time they called etc.

I answered but no one was there. I'm on the no call list, but that doesn't seem to stop many people these days.

I've received 5 calls since early March 2010 from Outreach Associates and the caller today said they are fundraising on behalf of Unicef.  When I asked who was calling they said they were fundraising on behalf of Unicef.  I hung up and then called Unicef, told them about my call, and the woman I spoke with was not aware of Outreach Asociates.  She said she would send an email to someone in the Unicef organization to respond to me as to Outreach Associates legitimate status on fundraising on behalf of Unicef.  Then I called the number 412-773-8568 and there is a recorded message saying that you should leave your name and phone number for a call back.  How do these organizations get your name and phone number when you're on the Do Not Call list??
