for 2 days i have been receiving calls from pnc so i called the bank where i do business and was informed noone had called me from the bank but they never leave a message

They called me too.  This particular call center has folks that act like jerks. . . .PNC should do something about this.  It might be just my recent times dealing with them, but I think PNC's customer service is getting lousy. . . .The next time they call I'm going to try and ask them to stop calling (for the good that it will do me) . . . Also, I think PNC's Columbus offices for phone customer service are the absolute worst.

Caller ID showed Pittsburgh PA with 412 803-9152.  Caller did not leave a message on my machine.

I blocked my return call with *67 - a PNC recording came on with a few "commercials" and then a rep answered with "PNC Bank."  I hung up.

I received 4 phone calls from PNC Bank in a 2 week period. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and the PNC do not call list yet PNC continues to call. I filed a complaint here https://www.donotcall.gov/
They called to tell me they have low rate loans, asked how they were doing, can they do anything for me, etc. etc.

Called number back, said they were PNC bank.  Immediately ask for account numbers and social security numbers, which I refused.  Said they were calling about changes to non-interest bearing accounts, such as checking accounts, which we do not have with them.  Said they don't leave messages unless it is an issue with your account, therefore sales calls....Frankly banks would send written notices of account changes....

Got a call @ 10.10am today,didn't answer...didn't recognize the number. I called the number back and a recording answered with PNC bank greeting

Got this call today. I work in the telephone survey industry. If it was a legitimate call they would never ask for any identifing information. If PNC hired someone to call you for customer satisfaction they would not want some random company to have their information. Nor would they risk such a major blunder. As I've said before this can not be PNC. Plus if they where a legitimate company doing tele-surveys the number would be listed as something else then pnc.

Called at 8:40 p.m.!!!said he's calling from PNC bank about my recent experience with them, and if i could answer a few questions for customer satisfaction survey. told him no as PNC Bank has not notified me that I would be receiving a call.
Although I saw the caller ID of 4128039152, he said he's calling from a 1-888 number, PNC Pennsylvania

They call me from # 412-803-9152, on my caller id it says PNC Bank but they call odd hours and do not leave a message. Who is this

This is PNC Bank. It showed on my Caller ID as Pittsburgh PA 412-803-9152. There are doing a customer Satisfaction survey. They never asked for ANY personal information other than my last name since I called them back. The surveyor got a little snotty when I said that I keep my account open but do not use it because there were too many blunders by them when PNC took over for National City. Guess they are having a lot of complaints or people are closing accounts. Customer satisfaction surveys are a tell tale sign. I have been with PNC/ aka national city for over 3 years and this was the first customer satisfaction survey from them ever!

Call all the time never leave a message. Phone said its from PNC Bank. Wish it would stop .

Claimed to be doing a survey for PNC. Wouldn't graciously get off the phone when I told him I thought he was not legit.  What self-respecting call center has "argue with client" and "insist she confirm caller id to prove you're legit" as part of the script when that happens?

Called a couple minutes ago, did not leave a message. Caller Id, just says Pittsburgh Pa. I do have a PNC Checking Account. (used to be National City)
