Called at 6:37 PM on Sunday evening while I was on another call.  Caller ID said "Fran Treloar.  Don't know this person but looked up phone number on internet.  Supposedly it is associated with a Fran Treloar and something called "SendOutCards".

Have no idea who she really is, but are telemarketers permitted to call on Sundays?  Hey Fran--I'm capable of sending out my own cards!!

Keeps sending text message that I won a $500 Target gift card. Gives a link to a website where you have to enter a code.

Looks like BS since I never entered any drawing at target. I have not shopped Target in over 10 years either.

Probably sends you to a virus site.
