Call was automatically blocked due to it being an invalid exchange "000". It is probably the "lower your credit card interest rate" scammers, as they have been using 000 exchange.

Answering machine picked up and recorded message saying I "can lower my interest rates..." and "dial 9 to speak with a representative". I'm sick of getting these calls every day so I dial "9" so I can tell someone to stop the calls. A guy picks up and goes into his speel. I interupt and ask him for the name of the company he works for.
He says, "I work for a company that lowers the interest rate on visa and mastercards.
I repeat the queation, "what is the name of the company you work for?"
He replies, "I just told you."
"No, you didn't", I say, and ask again, "What is the name of the company you work for?"
He hangs up.

They just called me now. How can they use this number because when I called it, after they hung up on me when I said I was reporting them, the call wouldn't go thru??? 000??? WTF is that??
This is a SCAM to lower your interest rates! I am reporting them on the DO NOT CALL website and I hope others do as well to get them to stop their shenanigans!!

How do we block the creeps?!?!?
Our phone is in the name of an 80 year old. We are on the state AND federal "Do Not Call" registry. Yet we get these call all the time!!!
Somebody saying there is no problem with our credit, yet.
