Same here, what's up with that?!?

Still going strong apparently. They call me almost every day, including weekends, never leave a message - and the number is still "not in service" if you try to call back!

Received a few calls from this number I never answered it but when i try to call it back it says the number is not in service?

Called me on 1/20/09 Asked for someone else, then asked where I lived (the city).  Asked if I would like to donate $$$ to a breast cancer drive, to help people that have breast cancer.

I have received a call from these people for four days straight, they never leave a voice message. When I call back the message says that the number is no longer in service. I answered the phone once yesterday and when I did, whoever was on the other line hung up. They called again today. I answered and heard a young girls voice, repeating my family guy ring back to (seemingly to a friend that may have been with her). I said "hello" after a couple of seconds, she laughed and hung up. I contacted the police but haven't heard from them yet.
If this was a survey call, why didn't the women respond with a 'hello' when I answered both times, and why was she repeating/mocking my ring back tone.
I called Verizon yesterday, they told me the number was a land line in Charleton, Mass. but online i found it in Buckland, Mass.
If I hear anything else, I'll let you know.

This number has been calling my phone for about 2 weeks now, about twice a day. I still haven't picked up but I'm tempted to pick up and yell at them because they keep calling. esp since I know its a survey.

I told the pushy woman that she is calling from an non existing phone number, so I am getting a phone call from an non existing person and or company and will not talk to non existing people and that I called my local health dept. as she told me that is where she was from and the police fraud department to help her be found as they don't exist! Then I hung up.

Every night between 7:00 and 9:00 pm, this telephone number keeps calling my cell phone.  Because I only gave out my cell phone number to people I know, I have never answered this call.

the name of the company is abt/srbi they do health projects in differnet states on a wide range of topics

if they are legitimate why are they calling phones that are on the Florida No Call List?

yes the cdc is doing a survey. look it up online. and it's to help your tax dollars go towards what the public thinks is important.  how are they supposed to know your opinion if you won't talk to them?

Received call from this number 2 times in the last 2 hours on my company cell phone. Did not answer but sent straight to voice mail both times as I did not recognize the area code.  No voice mail left.

Been getting once a day phone calls for a month now from this number.  Is it really the CDC doing a poll, because I've got a couple ideas for some more interesting things they can do with my tax dollars than hire a polling company to find out my opinion.

Someone has been calling me from 413-337-0205 for about a week.  I let the calls go to voicemail, but no messages were left.  Tonight I answered the call and a VERY PUSHY young woman attempted to ask me questions for a survey.  I was polite, but she began to get rude, so I hung up.  

Then I went online to search the phone number and found this website with similiar postings.

They call at least 4x a day, say they are the Centers for Disease Control and say we can call them back at 800-649-9560.  They've been calling for at least 4 weeks 2-4x a day.

Just got a call from this number too. Sunday April 27 at 8:22 p.m. CST  We didn't answer the call because we didn't recognize the area code.  Our caller id machine indicates they've called twice.

i got the call on april 8th and also last night. they didnt leave any messages. i havent answered the phone though.

received call from said number, was not available to answer call, no message left.  I called the number back as I do know some people in mass, got a recording that the number was no longer in service about twenty minutes from the time I recieved the call. Emailed the cdc concerning the other reports that I have read.  Will follow up with phone call in the morning

Missed call on my cell phone at 7:42pm eastern.
This is upseting if this is an auto dialer and is wasting my cell phone minutes.

Basically, they say they call from Center for Disease Control and collecting personal Health Information for research purposes. I told them to stop my number several times. They continue to call.
