Call received about 0815.  A really sexy female voice said something like "Hi, babe.  How you feelin' this mornin'".  I recognized the Area Code as being from the Northeast, but she had more of a Southern accent, probably Texas.  When I said "Who is this?" she hung up.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

I got a call yesterday from this number, I asked who was calling, fellow muttered "Allstate,"  I said "wrong number" and hung up,  Chesterfield is in the western part of MA.  Lonely person playing tricks?  Weird.

Google the internet for "Chimney cleaning scams" and you'll find that a lot of these cold calls are to offer ridiculous low special $ for a cleaning, during which the scam artist "identifies" safety repairs that must be made which will cost thousands of $.  

In this case where they are hanging up on people, and making no sense, it's almost as if they are up to something else altogether.  Like seeing who is home at what hours, based on who is answering phones, etc.  Paranoid and insidious I know.   But it makes no sense to start talking in garbled phrases and then hanging up.   Something else is afoot here.  Local police and the telephone company should probably be made aware.

This number comes up listed as something called an "Access Number" in Massachusetts?  Whatever that is

I just got a call from this number (Caller ID said "Chesterfield, MA").  The guy started talking about chimney cleaning as if he were a robot reading from a script - it was all disconnected phrases.  "We are calling about the chimney which is a service connected to your furnace and the carbon monoxide". Seriously that's what he said.  I interrupted and asked him where Chesterfield MA is since it's unfamiliar to me. He suddenly hung up on me at that point.  I suspect they're fishing to see who is home or not, and that they might actually have no chimney service...

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks, daily, no message left.  Going to report it on the do not call list

Yah, I have been getting a call a day for a couple weeks, sometimes two.  When I answer they hang up and a fax answers when I call back.  Seriously, leave me the freak alone!

A woman called me from this number asking for me. When I said 'yes speaking', she hang up. Strange!

Called again. Nobody answered on the other end. Called number back rang and asnwered by Fax machine.

I've been getting a call o my cell from this number three days in a row. I call back and there's a tone similar to a fax machine.
