The same thing happened to me today.

I received a call from 413-998-9998 at 7 pm on 3-25-08 on my cell phone. I called the number back and it would not connect stating "We're sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed."

Spanish recording:

"Felicedades.  Eres la ganador..." either "con el numero diez" or "del premio diez"

At which point, smelling a scam, I hung up.

Roughly translated:

"Greetings.  You are the winner..." either "with number 10" or "of prize number 10"

I get a call rom this number about once or twice a month, there is a recording in spanish that plays and tells me to press 1 to accept something.

I got a call from this number last week and didn't answer.  When a voice mail was left, I listened and it was my ex wife.  Is T-Mobile using this as a generic private call number?  I called it back and it said "you are not authorized to access this number."  Maybe it is a monitored phone call.  Is that too paranoid?

My fiance got this call today.  Spanish, unintelligible.  Sprint cell phone, Indianapolis.  Just like about half the people on this board.

I received a call from this number on March 25th at 2:44 PM EST, and did not respond.

i also recieved a call on 3-25-08 at 5:20pm central time.. and it was a lady speaking a foreign language- did not sound like spanish.. so i yelled in the phone and told them to speak freaking english and hung up.

i got a call from this number. it was all in spanish. i went through the menu and it sent me to a spanish speaking telemarketer. they asked me for my credit card number and said i could win $1000 if i gave them my credit card number. i asked him where we was calling me from and he said Miami, FL. i asked what company he was calling from and he rattled off some name i didnt understand. i asked for his company name again and he muffled his voice when rattling it off again. i told the guy i didnt know who he was and he definitely wasnt getting my credit card. i think they are preying on unsuspecting latinos who might fall for their scam.

I received two calls on two different days. I never answered either one, so we looked it up and found this site! How creepy!

THEY CALLED AND WERE LIKE "YO LAUREN GET OFF THE PHONE!" AND I WAS LIKE "AHEM?" AND I CALLED BACK AND IT SAID IT'S NOT WORKING NUMBER.

I recieved a call from this number at 10:05am EST. It is a Spanish recording of a woman saying the following (paraphrasing of course): "Congratulations, you are our 10th caller. You have won a marvelous prize. To claim your prize, please press 1..." Of course after that I hung up. I think is just a telemarketer trying to get your attention and having you accept some type of deal by pressing 1. I would hang up if I get this call again. You never know what kind of deal you'll be agreeing to if you press the 1 key.

i'm in indianapolis and got a call from this number last night around 6:45pm, heard a Spanish recording and hung up. WEIRD

A recording started in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish so I hung up.

did anyone ever find anything out i got a call today from this number then they hung up i started asking around cuz i did not know the 413 and found out that my co- worker got the same call and after asking 15 to 20 people i found 6 other people that i work with all got the same call today now this is strange

Put your cell phone number on the do not call list, its your best bet to avoid unwanted calls. And with the ability to view your calls and save them, you may be able to sue if they do call.

I got a missed called on my cell phone from this number, and when I call back it says its a disconnected #. How is that possible? CREEPY!

I have never gotten these calls before, now it seems like almost everyday. I wonder if the police, or FBI is doing anything about this. first it was some insurance scam, now people are speaking spanish. any thoughts.

Got a call on my alltel cell at 5:48 P EDT, didn't pick up, no message left. I'm in 919 area code.

I got this message at 16:04. Its my work number from the 913 area code. Im in South Carolina on work. WTF.

I just got this call as well. I didn't pick up.  I'm in a 630 area code.  My service provider is T-Mobile.
