I have gotten many calls from that 414-209-0164 scammer scumbag and iam tired of it.when I answer there is no response .And I call the number back I get a recording that the number you dialed is not in service.these calls have got to stop.

I just got 4 calls from them in a row between 720pm and 721pm.  I let it go to voicemail because I was driving.  How maddening.

I got a call from this number too.  I didn't recognize it so didn't answer.  No message left.  I'm on state and federall "do not call' lists but I've stopped reporting such calls because every time I have in the past I've been told it was a "spoof" number and there was nothing that could be done.  Maybe if the necessary technology was applied to this problem to track down some of these a***oles, make them pay, say, $10 to every person they've ever called, fine them a million dollars and throw them in jail for 10 years the message would get out.  I think you've only have to make an example of a few of them for the word to spread.

This number tried to call me 18 times today (they have now tried to call me 73 times since August 24)! I still have their number blocked, so my phone still doesn't ring. They are wasting their time...

caller says Wisconsin number  didn't answer phone.  calls all the time.

no voices, no return call answers, phone company sell probably telemarker and the nuisance /harassment is legal in most states, been on the do not call list, WHAT A JOKE THAT IS!!!

Since August 24, 2013 this number has tried to call me 29 times! I never answer unknown calls. I say "tried" because, after the first three times (with no message left), I blocked the number so my phone doesn't ring (but the number appears on my ATT Uverse caller ID list).

I just received the same call you got today on Sept. 14th.. plus I am on a no call lists also.  I didn't push the button to see more about it.  But can't believe at our age we could ever get anything in the first place.  I really think it is a scam..

When will the No Call List kick in. I keep getting calls from this number but they hang up before the answering machine picks up their calls. Who will put a stop to these calls... certainly not the No Call List people.

There is an article in the current AARP Bulletin that warns of, and explains, the medic alert for seniors scam, that is well worth the reading.

Us too. More calls than ever. I keep reporting them but it doesn't do any good. Government doesn't care and neither does whoever takes care of Wisconsin do not call list. These lists don't mean a damn. Government has too many other important issues to deal with, like how to stick it to us even more and make our lives as difficult as possible. They are good at that.

I've received 3 calls from these "jerks".  They left a lenghty message on the 2nd call about some "Free Medical Bracelet or Necklace" under the New National Senior Assistance Program.   I've just reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry program.

Also a scam
when their robot dialer works correctly it is a recording claiming to be  a recording regarding National Senior Assistance Program offering assitance in the form of a $3000 voucher targeting the elderly.

One more hang up call. I would like to know why these types of companies are allowed to harass regular people.

had to do some searching using google to find there phone number got lucky and found them i canceled and they claim they will return the money in 7 days. they also stated that this number that was used is from there call center. i have noticed different type of marketing and or scams from this number makes me wounder why they would be so careless to not only use this number but to neglect to give me a call back number. still sounds like a scam!!!!

they called and i listened to the entire message it is exactly what everyone has been saying.  if u press 5 they claim they will remove you from the list. well see if it actually works.

Calls started when I signed up for a Red Robin's Royalty Card. I gave them my work number, so I don't have to be bothered on my cell.

Same as all the others -- woman saying if I am over 60, I am entitled to $3,000 in savings at grocery stores and then the part about the medical alert system.  This gal sounded like she was reading and she didn't read well -- enough said.

Call your credit card company & the bank immediately and dispute the charges as fraudulent.   Also mention heir phone number is no longer in service.
