Continually for 3 weeks have gotten soliciation calls from this number 2-3 times/day at my office. Unprofessional & borderline harassing.

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.  Calls every day.  The do not call list means nothing to them.

Keeps calling and calling, the line is all static and no one ever says anything, then hangs up.

I just received a call from this number, no1 said anything. I see this number was annoying people back in 2009, looks like they're back at it about 4 years later.

Yesterday, 11-24-12 I received 5 phone calls from this number; my cell phone is on the no call list..  Each time they hung up.

call center for the milwaukee journal. this is the third time I've been asked to be put on the do not call list!!!

Here's my Milwaukee Urinal, I mean Journal experience.  Have been subscribing for quite a few years now.  Last subscription expired at the end of October 2011.  Received a renewal offer in the mail for almost double what I had been paying.  Threw that in the garbage.  They have called several times since then, with an offer STILL about double of my previous rate.  Even better, my mom just got an offer in the mail about 2 weeks ago for (7) day a week delivery for $60.00 a YEAR!!!  I called today to inquire about getting that sweet rate; was told that not only was that not possible, but that, should I wish to renew my subscription, that I would owe about $7.50 for the papers that I received after my subscription ended!!!  This is the genius behind marketing at the Journal.  Less readers; less paper, more ads and they want to charge their customers over $100.00 or more for the experience of home delivery....whatever....

I already subscribe, and they still harass me!

have been getting several calls  day (at least 6) no voice mail left - just keeps calling! sometimes even at 10pm!

They have been calling me all year.  I have told them more than once to stop calling.  Actually they keep calling for my husband who died almost a year ago.  And is usually the same voice.  I keep telling them he died.  I don't think they believe me.  Called yesterday morning, afternoon and evening.  Today they called in the morning, and afternoon.  The last time I picked up the phone I screamed at them.  I don't even live in the area anymore.  I have documented the last 16 calls.  Anyone know if I can do anything short of changing my phone number?

Left a voicemail that sounds like they didn't know they called, or called but didn't hang up all the way. A man kept saying something about icons on the bottom of his screen not working if he leaves it on all night. Weird.

I've gotten two calls from this number today. I've read that it's the Journal Sentinel calling, and if those a**holes don't stop calling me, after I've repeatedly told them I don't want to renew my subscription, I'm gonna scream.

I suspected it might be the Journal Sentinel. They used to call me constantly from a different number with a Minnesota area code.  I accidentally answered several times, forgetting. I always told them I didn't want to renew my subscription.  The last time they called I informed them that I moved out of state, which is true.  Now they are calling from this number?  I've never been so ruthlessly harassed by a company.

When they called from that number no one responded when I answered the phone.  I go through this with the Journal every year.  My subscription ended in Feb.  They sent a bill this past week, but for an amount more then double what I was paying. Plus they shift the expiration date by a week or so every time I renew. They will say there is a special rate if you tell them you don't want to pay too much.

The Journal is a liberal rag and I subscribe mainly for the coupons, which are getting less all the time. I'm 62 & I don't even use their classifieds any more.  They are more for people my Mom's age.

I'm getting calls from this number too.No messages left. I don't or have ever had a subscription to the Milwaukee Journal. !?

They're raising the paper prices again.
They just cut their motor carrier rate per paper (what carriers get paid) ... some more than half of what they were getting paid!  Don't expect service to improve anytime soon if you get delivery.... I mean what do you expect from someone making 15-20 cents per paper they deliver and paying $3 a gallon for gas!! A walking route for competing carriers pays more than that!

I am receiving several calls a day also.  I finally answered and they asked if I wanted to renew, I told them no.  Then they said that my subscription is up in late november and asked if I wanted to terminate early.  I said no let it run out and I'm not renewing.  And I just pulled up my credit card bill and they charged me $1.24, no idea why, so I have to dispute the charge.  Ridiculous
