I received several calls from this number and Rachel left a message asking if I wanted to lower my credit card percent.  Rachel didn't mention a company name or what credit card she was referring to.  When I tried to call the number back, the mailbox was full.  I tried again tonight and got the same response.  To make matters worse, she called when I was in Europe so her phone calls added up to over $5.00.  This really ticks me off!!! I should NOT be receiving solicitations on this phone number because I am on the DO NOT CALL list and especially when it costs me every time she calls!  I will be reporting this number and name to the official do not call website.

Please take care of this person and this number - I DO NOT ever want to see or hear from them again!

keep getting calls from 414-426-0849 telling me they want to help me get lower interest rates, when I pushed the 1 button I got a male and told him I wanted the calls to stop and he hung up on me.  Would not give me the name of the company he represented and reverse directory says it is a cell phone in Wisconsin.  My phone is on the no call list both national and local but the calls keep coming.

This # called my cell phone. If I don't know the # I don't answer. I called the # back to find out who called so I could let them know not to call. All I got was a recording that was full. I am sick of these people calling me & not having enough intestinal fortitude to answer when people call back.

Cell phone on a no call list is of no use...I got a call from this number, and do not answer unknown calls (from number not in my phone already or in my area code or area codes of family) and certainly not from an unknown area code. Judging from other post it is ANOTHER telemarketer.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  I am on the do not call registry, so I submitted a complaint there.  HOpefully it will help.  They've been calling my home phone for weeks too.

I have been repeatedly recieveing calls from this number, so has my husband. It's not legit When I stayed on the line to speak to someone, I asked my they were calling for this "offer", that i dont even have credit cards, they hung up.  I think they just hope for that one person who will give them their personal information. Folks, if its YOUR card company, they'd already have it.

They keep calling my cell phone but don't leave a message.  When I call back I get a message that the mailbox is full.  These people are annoying.

Even if your number is not on the DNC registry you can file a complaint for them using a recorded message when you answer.

Company Cell Phone. Picked up saying company name, no message played. Annoyed. I get this call a few times a week from different numbers.

No message, probably another of those so-called "credit card bureaus" claiming to lower rates.  These companies apparently use a program that pretends to be calling from some random number (caller ID spoofing), so the poor person whose number they're using gets blamed for the calls.  I just ignore calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I get so many of these calls I was really annoyed when I called them back a few times and asked to remove me from the list only to hang up on me. Now every time they call me I press the "1" number and tell the guy to hang up on me; lol; I did it three times already and when i say :"hang up on me" I get a different weird response every time. So I'm kinda enjoying it. Of course I report them to the FCC everytime which I know is useless!!

The do not call list seems to be a waste. But the sad news: as long as these tactics work and pay off they will keep on calling. If they had absolutely no success with these calls, they wouldn't make them.

If this is really to lower credit card rates then it's really hilarious to me since I don't have a single credit card in my name.  But, as with all, didn't answer and no voice mail left.

OMG! The worst thing I ever did was register my numbers on the Do Not Call List! Ever since, I have been bombarded daily with calls from places like this. I never answer phone calls from unrecognized numbers, wait for a voicemail so I can screen, so when one is not left, I know trouble is on the other end of the line. I never received annoying calls before I lost my mind and used that failure of a service, Do Not Call Registry! Now all the idiots have a big old list of numbers to use for terrorizing the citizens of our country and we gave it to them, when we signed up for the DNCL!

I get calls on my cell phone every week from cardmember service and their number changes each week.  I am on the DNC list.  I press one and try to play games with them and they hang up on me.

Are you referring to an account with HSBC?  I am also receiving calls like the one above as well as having issues with identity theft, stalking and harassment. It might help you to do some research on what religious entity owns HSBC. There are a lot of dots that need connecting. Have any of you had problems with theft of personal or important documents, been reported for animal or child abuse or falsely accused of being drunk? What about ID theft in the past 7 years? Just curious. I have had my cell phone on a do not call list for years.
