This was an automated message saying a study by the Dept of Motor Vehicles indicated I was overpaying for insurance. I hung up. Obviously this is a telemarketer. This was from a 623 area code (Phoenix area). I live in the 623 area.

They called. I didn't answer. I'm not on any DNC list because that stuff doesn't work anyway.

Automated system. Didn't answer. The VM was cut off... "Press 1 to hear more about this offer. Press 2 to be removed from this list." Funny thing was they must have hung up immediately after that. Had I been on the call, I wouldn't have had time to press that button. I'm on the DNC list, so how and why they are contacting me is a mystery.
