I got a call from these same people on 10-5 saying I owed on a cash loan.  I told them I could not pay and they said I would be picked up on 10-6.  Then they called back and said that I could pay 100 and they would let me pay the rest next week.  They have called three times today (10-8) and I have not sent them a dime.  I told them it would be after work today before I could get money sent to them.  I started looking up info on this phone number and found all this info.  So glad I looked.  Guess I will be going to Jail in the morning.
By the way, she still going by the same name of Jennifer.

I received 5 calls so far today from this number. I lied and told them that I was an attorney with a made up law firm and the man " Officer Clyde Walker" immediately said that he had reached the wrong person and hung up. I have had this happen to me in the past, and have since place a fraud alert with the credit bureaus. This is totally a scam and the numbers that they claim to be legitimate are in fact Magic Jack phone numbers. Their real number is 011 900 887 434...(I guess they forgot to plug in their magic jack so i got it on caller id) I am still trying to figure out where that is originating from.

I have received several calls from this international phone number. They did leave one message on my phone. I suspect that they got my phone number from a payday advance ad.  The gentleman takes in very broken English and advises me to get my attorney of record to call or there will be dire circumstances. I totally believe that this is a scam of intimidation and I just ignore the calls when they call.

i recieved a phone call from 414-448-1573 from someone with an indian accent. she said i was being sued for a loan i took out and i needed to get a lawyer , and if i didnt get one i would be arrested in the morning. when i called back the # they said dont call here and hung up.. now every time i call its busy.. imagine that its a scam and i wish i could get my hands on them, to everyone who reads this dont !! fall for it ....,

This phone number has been calling my friend at work an her cell phone. She also go a call this week saying she owed $1000 to a hospital in a state she has never been to I wonder if this is connected.

After I seen more posts from this, I feel better, The next day 10-3,  I got another call. I told them I had found out about their sceme and hung up, they called back 12 times, harassing me. after answering my phone 3 times and telling them to stop, i got 9 more calls. I didnt answer.

This is crazy! same thing happned to me today. I guess I'll be arrested tomorrow. smfh @ these clowns,no lie I as scared !

I just cant believe this! same thing happened to me today.....I almost fell for it. They still are calling me and its 430 pm, it started at 8 this morning. Do i call my police dept??

The Indian woman named "Jenny" started calling me at work, partners cell phone!  said I was being sued.

I got a call from this number stating that I had a lawsuit against me. When I said I will not give out any information until they tell me who was suing me they said United Cashways. Never heard of them. They threatened that I would be arrested. Their accent sounded Indian. I believe it's a scam and am not worried.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just got a call from the same girl, saying her name was Jennifer and if i didn't pay the loan from cash advance of 965.28, i didn't take a loan out!  Then she said if i resolve this matter she would speak with her attorney's office and i would have to go to walmart and get a green dot card, call her back with the activation number then the matter would be resolved. After i saw all these posts this makes me feel better. This is BS! Come to my work and arrest me, NOT

I got this call in regards to my employee, they had his social and everything, we are contacting our local police and also contacted Hales Corners Wisconsin Police as well.

caller called from unknown law office with a strange accent stated the same I would be arrested.I stated that number showed it was from a scam organization.then he stated would be arrested at work tomorow I contaced my local police department.

I just had the exact same thing happen to me on 10/3/12 @ 11:45 am, at work and also left voice mail on my cell phone.

I got a call from this number the woman claimed to work for an attourney in Wisconsin, saying I did not repay a payday loan from American Cash, and if I didnt pay I would be arrested at work the next day. She knew my SS#, name and where I work, but not my address. I told her I had no money until I got paid,  she said she would give me 2 hours and if I could come up with at least 100, she could hold off the arrest and court. I called back at 830pm, after she said the attourney office closed at 730pm. A man answered. I said " I have a missed call from this number'' And he replied "Who is this?''  I said "No, who is this? You Called me."  And he replied "UHHH this is John.. " So I hung up. If you work in an attourneys office, you dont answer a phone like that. I have called back severial times over the night and into the next day, all it does is beep busy. I called my bank and it was reported, because there is proof in my account history it was never there.
