Some Hispanic lady kept saying my name in Spanish. I'm an American with a Spanish surname and she kept talking in Spanish. Even though I do know a little Spanish, as an American I'm insulted that they "assume" that I know Spanish just because of my surname. Anyhow I only spoke in English and of course she got frustrated and would not answer my English questions and then RUDELY hung up.
