These guy's are SCAMMERS!!  Don't give them any money, they'll threaten you every way to Sunday, do not give them any money!!  If anyone has ever taken out an online payday loan, even if it was paid back in full, that list of names is sold and they try to capitalize on it.  I got harassed by some guy in India that was calling my job everyday.  After we told him we knew it was a scam, he started cussing and saying very derogatory things to me and about me.  Hang up on these people, eventually they'll stop calling.  There's no way to trace the numbers they call from.  I got a call from BILL BRADLEY @ RL SOLUTIONS today, I told him I know it's a scam because I haven't lived at that address in a long time.  The number he called from is 510-629-3497, but his fax# is 773-257-7375, totally different area codes. By the way, I searched RL Solutions, it's a healthcare software company, not a debt collection company.  SCAM!

this is a scam, they have done the same to me about a year ago, they said they'll put me in jail and my live was over, I laugh at the guy, I don't think I'll go to jail for Fu&**g $ 300.00 and that's in the remote case that I really owe them that. I ask them nicely to sent me a fax or email me the proof of debt and they said they could not do that, they can only give that to the AG of California and that I would have to pay for all the attorney's fees, interest, etc. Them they sent me letter with some kind of FBI logo and some other guy probably from India, called me with this really very bad English that I could not understand half he said, I just let the guy talk and hung up on him after 3 mins. Their phone number don't even trace back to a real Company. the only thing you find about them is they're scammers. If this was a real debt they'll contact you the right way and they'll sent you proof of debt, and you could really talk to someone "real", with real phone numbers in a "REAL" collection agency -  That's the Law.

This is R.L. Solutions, they just called me at work!!!! I do not have nor have I ever had a payday loan!! They told me they were going to garnish my wages and I told them I would see them in court!!! I have sent this information to my attorney!!! I make $180,000.00 a year, what would I need a payday loan for? Scam artists!!

LET ME ALSO ADD THIS:
A few years back I had various characters from India calling me on the same "alleged" debt.  I got threatened to go to jail, that I was doomed, that I was going to get my SSN number blocked and blacklisted.  I even got a letter from them stating they were the US Department of Security, the FBI, and God knows what other nonsense.  

It's all a scam.  Don't be scared.  As annoying as it is, they stop.

I just reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and also the FBI INternet Crimes Division.
It is illegal to send requests by email, and also their harrassment tactics.
They claim I have a debt with a payday loan company that I have NO idea about.  When I request what is LEGALLY required of them: 1) Validation of Debt (written by mail), 2) letter to validate they OWN the debt now, 3) address and contact of ORIGINAL creditor, 4) satements from alleged creditor.....the don't give them.  First Ms. Anderson calls, and when you request this information, she transfers you to "Bill Bradley".  He told me I MIGHT POSSIBLY get this information when I go to jail.
All a scam.
Do NOT give them or confirm any information they have on you.
Report them, also advise your HR department of the scam.

Does anybody no anything about R.L. Solutions? They called me saying I own money to cash loan, but I don't know what they're talking about so please post if anybody knows about this one?
