Exactly...  I am one of those deadbeats... I lost my job, I am working 3 part time jobs to try and keep a roof over my head. My wife got sick, and wracked up a quarter of a million dollars in doctor bills, plus her Prescriptions now cost over $800.00 a month. I had to make a choice to either keep my wife alive, or keep current on bills that are non-essential. If it involves keeping my wife alive, or paying on a credit card bill.. I have no choice but to keep my wife alive. We had six figures in our 401K, and its gone.

I have a summons to appear in court on June 25th with these people. I am about to file bankruptcy, since these people were very rude, talking me down, and insulting my wife. Screw em..  I am going to make spend every penny they can to try an collect it. Make them drive up here  350 miles for a jury trial, then the next day inform them of my bankruptcy they get nothing. These people bought my $2,600 debt for about $350.00. I'll make them spend $1,000 trying to collect it. Under normal conditions, I would make arrangements to try and pay, but they want 2 payments of $1,050.00 and nothing less.. Sure.. I'll get right on that.

They must have a wrong telephone number as I do not have any outstanding debts.

Don from this firm is very abusive.  Yells at belittles you on the phone.  Don't take any crap from this jerk!  I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

I have been receiving the call off and on for month. They have been asking for someone who has never resided at this address. It is frustrating because you have no one to talk with as it is a automated call. I did some research and found their contact number. You have to do the phone-tree but once I reached a real person they where very polite and friendly. They apologized and "said" they would take our number off the list. I hope so, for we are expecting a child soon! Anyway, I recommend just reaching them and explaining I am sure they will abide to you request if it is official. Also, as a side note: the law says if you put it in writing for them to stop, they have to!

They did the same thing to Me.a judgement, a garnishment and a lein on my house. You are not alone.they are very snotty.

i get calls from this party day or night every day. it is an automated call. they say if i am not the person they are looking for to hang up. i don't recall the name they are looking for. i have no debts. what can i do to stop this?

I got a call from this number, which was for Luke LaSavage.  I have NO CLUE who Luke LaSavage is and have had this phone number for almost 6 years.  I called 1-888-302-4010  Ext. 740.  I got someone that took down my number and said that THEY WOULD NOT CALL THAT NUMBER AGAIN.  We'll see.

Receive a call at least once a day, sometimes twice. If there is someone on the other end, it is just a recorded message.

Some people are not deadbeats, people lose their jobs.  Do you pay your mortgage or credit card when you lose a job?  I would chose mortgage and feed my family.

We receivede DAILY automated calls from Rausch Strum IS regarding a Thomas J Abler. WE are not this person or associated with this dead beat who apparently does not pay his bills.

they say I owe 500.00 to Cap one but I went throught debt consolidation and they were not on my credit report.  I called for a detailed list and they said they would send it to me.  NOTHING now I have a judgement and they want to garnish my wages.  What can I do?  My mistake is I was too scared to go to court and that is where they get you and win the case. All I want is a detailed copy of what i supposedly owe and now has grown to 1600.00

They ARE a law firm.  They WILL take you to court.  I avoided that by making payment arrangements on a past debt.  I was served a summons that I verified at the court.  They are extremely rude and unprofessional, talked to Don, he told me 3 times to shut up.  I have reported him.  He should be out of a job by now.

We too have been getting calls for the last 6 mos from this unprofessional group.  As everybody else has stated, it's automated and whether you hangup or not, they keep calling.  Don't know who they are nor the person they are calling for, we have no dealings with them or debt or lawsuit with anyone.  My plans are to report them to the attorney general.  Has anyone heard of the Do Not Call List?  It appears to be worthless because it doesn't stop the calls.

this company is just like the company that was seen on Dateline NBC. I had a wage garnishment and a foreclosure on my home. They sent out some "large"
guy to "deliver" the paperwork, which looked legal, but after thorough checking, found out that it's not legal. How I found out that the paperwork was not legal was quite simple. If you have a judgment against you, you can look it up under your local circuit court access. I guarantee that you will not find their name remotely associated with any type of lawsuit or garnishment that is pending against you. It will only state the company that is trying to obtain money from you. It does not state anything about this so-called "collection agency". Also, if you look on www.milwaukeejobs.com, they have jobs available for this company. I have filed bankruptcy, and they still keep calling me. My attorney has called this company several times to tell them to stop calling, but they won't do it. I shut the ringer off on my phone, just so I don't have to hear it.

Calls every Sunday around 6-7 pm, just a recording, that is inaudible.  They say some freign sounding name so that you can't understand it.  Then they say if this is not you hang up.  I have several times, yet they keep calling.  I finally listened through and got their real name and number.  It isn't even spelled correctly on the caller ID.  Classy.  Comes up Strum but its Sturm.  I told them they had the wrong number and that the calls had better cease immediately.  I have contacted the FTC and FCC and filed complaints with both, and also call the Wisconsin AG, and Nebraska AG.  They have the wrong individual and keep harassing me.  If they are lawyers they sure don't understand or care about the laws set down by the FTC, or FCC.  So this could prove to be very interesting, if the calls don't stop.
Never ever agree to pay these people and never give your information.  This is a bittom feeder trying to collect on an old debt or a total fruad case.  Please report them immedately if you continue to get these calls.  Or better yet get a consumer protection attorney and take them to court.
Don't, I repeat, do not tell them anything.  Contact the FTC.

Get calls on weekend and evenings.  No clue what it's for but annoying and am reporting it.

They are the rudest most inconsiderate people!  Don from this firm screamed at yelled at me on the phone!!  I made payement arrangements.  He told me to "shut up" and don't ever interupt him again!!!  I am filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General.  This guy needs his a** out on the streets with the rest of the bums!!

This company is a rip off.On there summons they have the supposely attorney's that is involved with the suit and the line under it has the local attorney's bar # and there address,so how is this company involved witht this suit i don't know.If you have a summons and complaint from this company answer it to the best of your ability,so they don't get a default judgement,keep records of everything you do.Get all of there bar# and follow up  with the national bar association to find out if they are licensed to pratice law in your state.Aslo if they are trying to collect a debt,they are governed by the fdcpa (fair debt collection pratice act)which means they have to follow these laws even as a law firm,there are more info on the web about these laws.Also you can file a complaint with your attorney general in your state.

My son has a school debt. He gave our #. So that's why they are calling us. They asked how to get a hold of him. Gave them no info. I have a reject button on my Caller ID so that's what I did rejected the #.

We have been receiving calls three or more times a day. When we answer we get a recording saying "if you are not said person, please hang up'. We hang up; they call back. Finally looked up the 1-877-667-8010 number and talked to a real person and requested they take my number off this awful automated system. If someone knows how I can report this company for harassing my family for months, please advise. We will take whatever action we can to end these offensive and totally invasive practices!!

I would get calls from this firm about a debt with target.  They garnished my bank account for most of what i owed which messed up my bank account. I then needed to write my bank to release the money.  I did have another garnishment but with another lawyer but they would take a certain amount out of my check.  This to me is the way it should be done and not to take all of it at once. Most times they leave no  message.

Get 1-2 calls a day. Usually they hang up after several hellos. My son answered the phone one time and they asked for someone named "Nancy." They hung up after he handed the phone to me. I have no idea how they got my number or why they won't speak when I answer.

Same happened to me. Did they follow thru with the wage garnishment?
