Called today asking for the owner, by his name.  As always, I told the caller he's not here and offered to take a message....click and dialtone.  He's a rude turd.

We got two calls stating that a family member had been in an accident and that we needed to wire $980. by Western Union.  Was detailed about the accident.  We reported it to the local police.

Received a call from this today.Said he from Arizona and wanted to sell me some  saw blades.When I said no he called me a [removed:lang] and other names.I reported that number to the FTC.
Apparently he's using a spoof ID program that is readily available on the internet.That's how he is making calls that look like they are local.If he's been doing this for as long as some comments say,,then someone at FTC is letting this go by the wayside.

Jack Kelly with Valley Industrial called here and actually asked for the owner of the company's name. After putting him on hold, my secretary came up and asked me if I was able to give the owner's cell phone out to this individual. I said no and connected him to our operations manager. When he answered saying it was another person than the owner, he said "I was looking for ____" and hung up. I typed in the number he called from feeling guilty that I burdened a prospective customer and trying to find their company, and all of these posts came up. Glad we did not give the cell # out.

Everyone be very cautious of calls from 414-606-3524.

Why has there not been police action taken to prevent this individual from making these calls?? As mine was not threatening, many others I have read on were.

This person is VERY rude and continues to call from a "name unavailable" number.

This guy is deranged. Been calling me for over three years. He will not give up. All his products are junk. A telltale sign its him is, he has the habit of, nevermind, I know he reads these forums about himself, so I won't let on what it is that gives him away.

Guy called me from 414-606-3524. Rambled on and on for 20 minutes trying to make small talk with me. I did not know who he was and did not want to sound rude asking him because he was trying to make it seem like we used to be buddies or something, so I humored him for a bit. I run a construction business and he had claimed to have talked to me several months ago about buying tools from him...long story short he is trying to sell tools at a "discount", but the costs are about 20% higher priced than what I can get them at a big box store. When I decided that it would be impossible to get him to shut up long enough for me to tell him I was not interested, I hung up. Since then he has tried calling back several times.

I have not have this guy give me any hassle. yet! He has told me a sad story of his life.
When I tell him no he just keeps pushing more tools.But he does call me a lot, not just this #
but also a Private # that shows up Private and its him.
Well if you all go to WWW.BigstateTools.com and make a complaint about him, they may just find
him and fire this guy.

I just got three calls in a row from this number, and the guy sounded drunk.  He just said the name of one of our superintendents (I work for a construction company) and then "fourteen...fourteen baby." and hung up.  The second time, he spoke with an accent (though he sounded just as drunk) and just said the name of our super again, and "quintana" and hung up.  The third time the phone rang, I picked up the receiver and hung up.

OMG, this number has been calling me for years too.  My husband is a contractor and they want to talk to him.  The guy is soooo rude, one time my daughter answered the phone and he was talking like he knew her and wanted to know the name of her school etc... VERY CREEPY!  She still is creeped out and this was approx. 1 1/2 yrs. ago.  This morning the same FREAK called me up on my house phone again and hung up when I answered the first time then called me right back again and when I answered he wanted my husband.  I told the guy don't call here this early in the morning and he yelled in the phone I am going to Punch you Lady!  This guy is absolutly NUTS...  He always calls from the same number 414-606-3524.  He also has my husbands cell phone number and calls that too.  My husband sees the number and does not answer but I seen the same number on his phone bill on November 8, 2011 for 1 minute.  He obviously left him a message so I will find out what he says on the recorder.  He needs to be arrested this guy is off his rocker....

Order everything they have and dont pay for it.  The company that processes their sales orders hold the individual salesman fully responsible if the customer doesnt pay the bill.  Since they dont have your tax id or ss# they cant serve a judgement to pay or attach to your credit.  If everyone does this they will go under.  See ya on the streets playa ha ha

This times has called 13 times and within 5 minutes, rude!  How do we stop this idot!

Whoever it was acted like they were best buds with a person who does not take calls at this particular number.

OH, if you have a mulit-purpose Panasonic (not a sales person for them) telephone, it has room for you to block about 30 numbers at one time. Works great especially when someone changes their number about once a month.

I've been getting these calls for years. They are easy to identify b/c they pretend to know you when they call, often times saying "recognize my voice" and "your a hard guy to get ahold of" and they often pretend to be following up on previous conversations. They are incredibly rude, and are very insecure to a person. I've tried everything to get them to stop calling me to no avail. Strangely, the best results have come from being incredibly rude and derrogitory in return. I don't think these guys can take a serious verbal lashing well and they don't seem to come back for more. The nicer I've been and more polite I've been the worse results I've gotten. The last time was a couple months ago and after several calls and trying to be reasonable, I locked myself in my truck (so employees and others couldn't hear me!) and let him know my feelings and that I would be available any time he had the courage to come for a visit. Here is some info that I've found with time. The M.O. is so consistent that I believe it is all from the same outfit, always from Arizona. BTW, I know from an employee who used to be a repo man that there is a computer program available that disguises phone numbers, letting them have any phone number they wish come up on your caller ID.

It looks like they are targeting construction firms. I just answered a call from the same guy saying he knew my boss. He didn't and I knew it. He then asked for his cell. When I said nope he hung up.

This guy keeps calling saying he is from different construction companies. When we tell him that the "boss" isn't available he hangs up after yelling a few profanities. Lame. Tried to find his company on the BBB to lodge complaint, but I can't figure out what the company is actually called.

This guy called our  office calling  for my husband. When  told he wasn't in, tried to get his cell by saying we had a safety inspector at a job site today.
Then he got defensive and argumentative and finally hanged up.
Said his name was John and then Josh.

Had a call from this number today.  My wife happened to be in the office and answered it.  She told him I was not in, and he said " I need his cell phone number - I'm at his house working on a busted sewer line.  The sewer is backing up into his house!"  She laughed at the guy and said - "I don't think so.  This is his wife and  I JUST LEFT OUR HOUSE 10 MINUTES AGO!"  He proceeded to call her a bi*** and hang up.

Wow I got a call from this guy to sell me tools, He starts of with " rememeber the voice" he has been calling me every month I tell him I do not really need anything, well today he calls and starts using really bad language and tells me to go suck a d@#$.  I tried to call back and it says the number is non working,  DO NOT do business with this company  he says the name is Cailfornia Pacfic, a scam...........

Just received a phone call from this number threatening to kill and dumb their dead body on my front yard.  Says my brother in law owes him $800,000.00 even though he didn't even have the correct last name.  Said he was jumping on a plane this afternoon and coming here.  Said his name was Jim Duncan.

company refuses to quit calling,called 4 times tonight in less than 10 min. This is not the first time. They also curse me and call me and things that youall have asked me not say on this post . they are calling phone that is forwarded to my cell phone which they have been told time and time again. PLEASE HELP!!! What they are doing is harrasment.

Just had a call from this guy. He asked for my boss by name, saying he was from Charles Construction. I transfered the call since it's unusual for someone to ask for my boss by name (he's from Japan so it's an unusual name) unless they have called here before to speak with him. My boss couldn't tell at all what the guy wanted and was angry and aggravated when the call ended (luckily not at me), so I'm sure the guy wasn't polite. I'll keep this number posted by my phone.

Got a call from this # today.  The guy said his name was "John Sullivan @ H&M Contractors".
He asked if he could speak to my boss & when I told him my boss was not in the office, but when I asked him for his # he said "sure...it's sex"  He has to be stopped!  I filed a complaint already with ftc.

This man called and asked for my boss. I asked where he was from and after giving his name I asked who he was with. He said some Drainage Company that I had never heard of so asked what it was regarding. He said he was returning his phone call. I just felt it was a shame so I said please just take us off the call list. His voice instantly changed & he screamed WHAT CALL LIST BI*** and hung up! Not two seconds later he called back and I had my boss answer. The first thing he said was What W***e you got answering your phone. Then he rattled off our address and said don't worry I will be there, Im on my way to take care of both of you. My boss kept asking who is this and he just kept screaming the same thing finally saying I returning your call. When my boss asked why would I call you he hung up! This man is a maniac and needs some mental help!

This number is used by telemarketers.  I keep getting called by "Tim the tool man from Arizona" wanting to sell tools and saw blades etc to my construction firm.  He seems to change numbers every few months.  He has been told numerous times (over 10 times) nit to call my number, but he changes the number and calls again a month or so later.  When he calls now I put him on hold until he bails out and hangs up.

I have tried to tell them nit to call me, I wouldn't buy anything from them under any circumstance, but he just gets rude and argumentative.  He obviously gets paid by the call or something!?!?!?

Calls multiple times wanting to sell sawzall blades and other stuff.  Very persistent and rude.  Eventually starts using vulgar language and mentions that I am wasting his time.  But, he keeps calling, using multiple personal and business names.

This number calls me randomly, half the time I'm working n miss the call, but when I do answer nobody says anything! Wtf. Is this how it is at first. I dnt play games. N I'm not looking forward to anyone talking when I answer anytime soon after readin these posts.
