I had this place call me some many times @ once my phone went to blackscreen. After  reseting my phone i ecieved a call from this company again threating me with legal actions..... Really only if america law system is that quick.. Yet our judicial system doesnt work like that @ all. My message to all is record them 3 times saying do not call me and they continue is a offense as well as false legal action.  As soon as you have recorded the call dial 611 from your phone wish tracks harrasment . Report it to the link listed above ftcomplaintassistant.gov  . Eventually they have to settle with you for harrassment and breaking fcc regulations. Dont let the people worry you @ the end of the day and right knowledge they can write you a check vs. You paying  them so laugh @ the calls and press record!

This man called my phone and said that I needed to hire an attorney and be prepared to pay at least 9000u dollars or there would be a group of police officers at my house or work on friday. Tried calling number back but got only busy signal.couldn't understand the man, but he was very threatening.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I have been getting a call from "officer ben evans" 414 716 1254, he called me at work saying i had to go to wal mart to get a green dot money pack and pay 300.00. i almost fell for it. thank god for my friends i didnt. i called my bank and reported him to the police. he told me this morning he was a "officer" w/ a law office of anderson and thompson, i googled them and this is what i found, a complete scam. this man threatned me if i didnt pay it a cop would come to me within 30 days and take me to jail. he gave me 2 options, quit my job and go to jail or pay the fine. im only 21 and i didnt know this is fake. please do not pay these crazy people

have received lots of calls from this 414-716-1254 demanding I go to walmart and get a green dot card and pay them immediately $1060. or they would show at up my house or work to have me arrested said he was an attorney from anderson & thompson and his name used was keith nelson out of Milwaukee,Wisconsin...bar asst. has no listing for a anderson & thompson law firm or a keith nelson.was told they have already filed action but nothing listed in my state or the state of wisconsin....just received a call from a woman said she was a police officer in my county was was on her way to arrest me,asked her what county and she said your county so I said which county she became irate and said she didn't have to answer any questions that it would cost me$8,000. to get out of this in court.....my mother called this # and they answered law firm she asked wjhat was the name of the law firm they told her anderson & thompson she then asked for their address they hung up on her...big SCAM...called the DA'soffice and told them about scam they are checking into it

I got a phone call from this number like a hour ago saying my account was being under investigation and i was going to be arrested either from my house or job. Because i accepted a loan and didn't pay it back.  So i was like ok where are you guys located had my attorney and state trooper beside me and he wouldn't answer none of the polices question..definitely a hoax!! Smh

My brother put me down as a reference for a pay day loan application and now I receive these ridiculous phone calls!  I received a phone call from this 414-716-1254 number today and a "Mike Turner" left a voicemail asking for my brother and for his attorney and if the phone call was not returned, then "Good luck."  So ridiculous.

I knew this was a lot of crap. I couldn't even understand the idiot. Doesn't he realize I've got internet access.

I got the same call yesterday and said there is legal actions pending against my social security number and called me again today and I needed ot get an attorney and if I did not call him back he was going to file charges against me and if i do nothing all he can do is wish me "GOOD LUCK". He said he was with Robert Travers Law Firm.  This is the same person that on a monthly basis calls me several times a day and if I do not respond will eventually stop for a while but then will start up again with a different phone number and a different location. Previously it was from Texas now this time is from Wisconsin.

I get the same calls even got one at 7:40 am on a Sunday morning wish we could sue the hack out of them

414-716-1254 I got a call to said they had criminal charges on me 3 counts and were going to down load to the US Marshalls office for State of Georgia and I would be pick up with in minutes after the received the necessary paper work. Ask what were my charges.  Said I neede to be contected to a legal resp.She said her name was Ericka Perkins I ask her to spell her name she did.  I told her I needed all the information so that I could take it to my attorney.  I got very little information but she did request if I could send the money to her legal resp. office they could clear all this up. I ask what money for what to be cleared up.  I said well I don't owe any money so I will let my attoorney get this straighen out for me.  I told her I has a email address she could down load the papers to and I gave her the email to our local shreiff department.  So when I tried to call the number back you get a busy signal.  I filed a formal complain with my local sheriff department and with the one in Wisconsin

This is just one spoofed phone number of many from a call center in India pretending they are in Wisconsin and threatening legal action, though (at least the guy that leaves me 10 messages per day) it's never stated for what.  He's tried leaving friendly messages, rude messages, and threatening messages.  This place is a SCAM.  They pilfered your information off of the internet, highly likely from checking into, or applying for a loan, payday advance or one of those off the wall "credit" cards that don't really offer credit.  I've had a half dozen messages already claiming something will happen on x day if I or my attorney of reeeecord don't return the call.  This joker left the alleged name of the law firm on the last call and surprise, surprise, it doesn't exist.  I wouldn't answer it because they will not stop calling no matter what.  You can try to threaten to report them and maybe get lucky, but you are probably better off changing your number instead.
