These people are making cold calls for automobile extended service warranties.  I have been unable to get a company name out of any of them that have called.  I have had 12 calls from them in the last 7 days.  I told them 3 times that I am on the Do Not Call Registry so stop calling, but I'm still getting the calls.  The phone number is a Milwaukee, WI area code, so I reported them to the State of Wisconsin.  I urge you to do the same.

Multiple calls today. Asking about an old car I owned when I spoke with them once. Other times no one is there. Told them to stop calling to no avail. Awful organization.

Called repeatedly today, asked for the wife when I finally answered.  Lots of background noise. He hung up when I said she's not available (mispronounced the name very badly)  It makes sense, since her car is going out of factory warranty.  I wonder if they're selling our names (car buyers 2-4 years ago)

I have the home phone forwarded to my cell.  On my cell I have an app called "Mr Number" to block unwanted numbers....works like a charm

Constant calls from "turnkeyb" and always hang-ups. Today the person was "Bob" from auto processing. When I said finally I got a name and I'm reporting you, he hung up. From reading these posts, I see "Bob" has been doing this to people for well over a year. Whats the point in reporting the numbers? Nothing gets done.

These people keep calling about extended warranty on my 10 yr old truck. Please?!?! like I'd buy a warranty on a truck that I bought new 10 yrs ago. Stop calling my house! I'm gonna do like previous poster and have them hold please and lay phone down ;)))

I just answer then say hold on put the phone on the table & walk away for a while poof they hang up lets interrupt them for a while lol.

We were called from this TurnkeyB last night - this business is out of control!  The man asked for my wife and I said she wasn't available and how could I help.  There was a long pause and then he asked for my wife about a warranty for our vehicle.  When I said she wasn't available, he asked where she was.  At this point, I knew this wasn't someone we needed to talk to but I again said that she wasn't available and I asked what company he was calling from.  He said "what company?... you are stuck with me (expletive)."  At this point, I insisted on him telling me what company he was calling from and he just laughed.  Eventually there was a long pause and I hung up.  This guy I talked to was so unbelievable, it was clear it wasn't a real business pretty quickly, however I wondered if he was stalking houses or people or what.  Contacted the FCC today.

I to keep getting calls from this number. But this time I answered and the guy said he was from some warranty company wanting to sell me extra warranty for PT Cruiser. Told the guy to give me the cost and quit beeting around  the bush, put me on hold and some woman came on the line explaining what all was covered, I told her the same thing. She also put me on hold and another guy came on the line telling me that he was the finance , I also told him, what is the cost. He told me there are three different plans. Basic, intermediate, and the best. Here are the quotes he gave me: Basic $2500+ $500 down, Intermediate $3500+ $500 down and of course the best$4500+ $700 down. I told him he was nuts, and he hung up on me.

They call me repeatedly and when I answer they hang up!  I called back and there was a lot of background fuzz.  A lady answered 'servicing department, how may I help you?'. I said who is this and she replied 'servicing department'.  It sounded like she a had a Mexican accent.  I asked 'servicing department of what??' And she hung up on me.  I then called back about 4 times and each time they picked up and instantly hung up before I could say anything.  What in the world is the purpose of calling someone over and over again just to hang up on them when they answer?  I don't understand.

They have been calling all during July, August and now Sept. I have asked many times for them to stop calling,  and for them to take me off ALL their call lists, but had to block their number as they are still calling. They say it's about my vehicle's warranty which I am not interested in. Finally filed a complaint with the FCC. Sick of them.

That is untrue. They call you regardless of your request for removal, it's relentless.

I called 414-877-1500 and spoke to Supervisor Corey Matthews.  He said you can just call and ask for him to be taken off of their list.  Called them 9/6/2013.

Okay, so I've just filed a complaint with the  National Do Not Call List..though I doubt anything will be done through that. Please give me any advice on what to do..they've been calling about 10 times a day for the past 6months

This guy JUST called and he calls countless times every single day, and hangs up on anyone that's not my father. I called the guy back because he just hung up on me, only to have him hang up  on me once again. He will not answer any questions. Where do I send complaints for this guy? Iwant to block him

The guy told me he was from the Chevrolet Service Center.  Since I know the person who has given out this number I suspect it is a collection agency

This is a car warranty company.  They've called me repeatedly over the past couple of weeks.  Won't say which company.  Similar to the "Honda" complaint listed, they stated they were from Nissan.

Ditto...calls and hang ups..  file a complaint on line with FCC.

We've been receiving these calls for the passed months without being able to have them stop. I've been able to get them to tell me that they were from a car warranty company that we used many years ago and that their name is Sun Coast (not sure of exact spelling they use). They have used many different phone numbers when contacting us, including 414-877-1500, 360-861-6941, some showing up as Turnkeyb, and others as SRVC. They do not respect our request to be removed from their calling list and although I've put in reports to the donotcall site, nothing seems to have happened since these guys keep calling us. I'm going to be blocking both numbers from our phone, since no one seems to have the authority to make these guys stop the harassments.

They call me constantly but don't say anything...It comes up as TurnkeyB on the caller ID.  I screamed into the phone to either answer me or stop calling.  I then heard a lot of voices in the background and then they just hung up.

I'm also receiving calls during the day from this number. They never leave a message. Perhaps I'll answer next time.

A guy named "Bob" called from this number wanting to talk with my wife.  It was the 2nd time today we received a call from this number.  I asked "Bob" several times who he was with and he eventually claimed to be from the "Service Department" regarding our Honda (which is not in need of service).

When he sensed my frustration with his evasiveness he tried to switch tactics and complain about my inability to understand him being with the "service department".  I didn't think Honda has any relationship with this guy - my guy is he was trying to sell extended warranty plans or something.  I chose to interrupt him and tell him to take a hike and then hang up on him.
