Foreign female kept saying hello then would start to talk about credit card debt and then start all over again as if she couldn't hear me say I wasn't interested and to remove me from their calling list

Lady with foreign accent called my cell phone even though it is on the Do Not Call list, when I asked who was calling she abruptly hung up.  Planning to file a complaint throught the do not call site

This number showed up on my caller id when i answered the phone showing the location as San Francisco.  I answered no one there.  I am sick and tired of these scammers calling my cell and home phone numbers!!!  I did re- add my numbers to the Do Not Call list AGAIN!!!  These folk need to get a life! By-the-way I have been answering my home phone as Sheriff dept.... when I know it is one of these fraudulent harassing calls... it seems to be working!!  Was getting phone calls every evening... not any more.  Ha ha ha
