I recieved a voicemail from a "legal representive" by the name Anna Wilson stating to contact her or charges were being filed, I was being picked up, and I can kiss my kids goodbye. "CashNet" is the business name they're using. After being transferred to clear up my $1095 balance,  "Jeff" informed me if I didn't pay by 11 a.m. the next day, I would be reported to everything including the FBI. HAHAHA! I called the news channels, police dept., and the FBI. This number has foreign people and alot of background noise. F.Y.I., I gave some info, just not the kind they wanted, like they better not ever threatened me and my kids.

This is to all of you recieving calls from this number, they are now using a call back number of 818-338-5046. It is also coming up on my phone as 123-456-7890. "David Smith" is persisting me to contact a lawyer and of course I will do no such thing. I've been told by a friend of mine that checked this number out that the calls are coming from the San Fransisco area.

I also received a call at work and a voice mail was left at my home number - "David Smith" with a very thick accent was my caller - the message he left on my voice mail said "good luck for my kids" if I did not take care of this.  Glad I looked up the number also!  Yes - I had Washington Mutual (which is now Chase)

am in Manchester NH and have the same story as all of you. Glad I checked. I wonder what prompted this and how they got my info?

My calls started after 7pm last night, he says his name is David Smith, he spoke with a very thick accent. He started by asking if he was talking to "my name" he went on to tell me I had to report to court this morning and told him I would do no such thing since I didn't have any kind of letter consisting of any court info. He proceeds to tell me that I was being sued by Cash Net for a loan that was taken out October of 07 but he couldn't provide me with a reference number of any kind. I asked to speak to his supervisor or manager and he said that no one was available to speak to me since they were all busy. At the end of our conversation he could not provide me with any kind of reference number He has proceeded to try to contact me at work and I'm not even aware of how he might have retrieved my work number. I have closed my bank accounts, changed my number as well.

I got a call from this number and I couldn't understand the message so I googled the number. Wow. Now I am so glad that I did. My only question is how did these people get my number? I don't have a Chase account. This is really weird.

I am from California....recently Wamu has become Chase. I suspect that would be the information they receive.. I suspect some information got stolen because of exchange information between chase and washington mutual.

I received a call last evening ... the details are similar to the posts on this site.  They have too much of my private information ... which is very upsetting ... I have called my bank to report this.  The company is continuing to call me on my cell phone.
I'll check back here for more information -- by the way I do have a Chase account.
I am in NH ... where is everyone else from?

I just received a same call just like "Mad Momma".. they wanted to go to my house and make me sign a paperwork...After seeing this, I  am going to freeze my account.

i did not answer the call because the number freaked me out all that showed up on my caller id was 1000000 but they left a message the fourth time they called and said to not disregard the message and that they need to talk to me and my attorney off the record and to call back 415-223-4104, his name was "Michael Adams" but he sure didnt sound like one i could tell he was muslim and i figured it was a scam considering i have never had an attorney, and also have no reason to need one. isnt there anything to do with these people???

I also recieved a call from these people today about 4 times the number they left on my voicemail was 415-223-4104 but the number that showed up on my caller i.d. was 1000000 saying they want me and my attorney to call back off the record and his name was michael adams but was clearly indian or from a muslim country.

I received this same call today from a Jennifer stating to call her back at this same number.  I returned the call only to find out that I "owed" money to a Cash Net.  They wanted the name of my attorney.  They even went as far as to state where I worked and where I banked, and a date/amount that was deposited into my account.  Just to confirm, I check my bankin info at my bank and there was no money put to my account.  I called "them" back.  First it was a guy pretending to sound like a female when I asked for Jennifer.  Then after being put on hold, I told the guy my finding (not revealing any person info).  He became hostile telling me he would show me in court, then hung up.  I am soo glad I looked this number up on Google.

I received the same call 2 days in a row from the same people. A voice message was left stating I need to call or have my agent or attorney call. The # left on my voice mail was 415-223-4104. When I called back, this guy name Ryan was the only one ansering the phone and there was alot of noise in the background. When I asked what and where the call is for, they tried to confirm my SSN and after I would not, they hung up the phone. Everytime I called back, they would hang up. I stated to the man that I would have him arrested and he was going to jail.

I received the same call telling me i have a court case. They also had my information. They even told me to make pay $500.

Received a phone call from a Jordan King at my work & house #.  Was told to call back immediately but was not left any specific information.  I did not call back because of the reporting I see here.  Was left this exact same #.

I recieved a call from this number as well. Someone named Calvin Jackson but he sounded like her was from some Muslim Country.

I recieved a call from this number stating that I had a courte date tomorrow, tried confirming all my information.... call my county and lawyer and found out it was a frudualant charge trying to confirm my ss and other information. Needless to say I have frozen all my accounts!!!!
