Well this looks like the same people, but different number 415-251-8453.  Left a voice mail to call immediately about an IRS issue before legal actions were taken.  The voice was a computerized recording with a name of Kelly Grey (I think) hard to understand the name.

answered my 3rd call from these guys 415-251-0522 .. played with them told them I didn't know anything about the IRS lein.. asked for their employee number.. gave me some fake #.. He told me to call back and ask for supervisor to discuss me debt! They did have my address! Told him I checked number and found it was a fraud and all BS!.. further,  IRS doesn't call without first sending many, many letters.. he said I'd be hearing from them again then hung up!

This number calls at least once a day.  I don't know the number and will not answer calls when I do not know who it is.  If they are legitimate, why don't they leave a message?

Just tell them you do not work . You are on the Obama plan.

4-10-14 5:10 pm EDT, caller, heavy east Indian accent, garbled message about owing money to the IRS, gave me the number of the supervisor "Kenneth Webster" needed to speak to me about money owed. Could not answer any questions and hung up. Would not pick up repeated attempts to contact the person.

I just got a message from this number saying my brother had a "dire" issue with a IRS and that I should not disregard the call.  The man had such a horrible accent that I had to play the message 3 times to make out what he was saying.  He said to call Kevin Brown from the IRS at 415-251-0522.  I'm annoyed because I actually called back twice and got busy signals so it seemed quite suspicious. Thanks for posting this number as a scam!

I also received a message from what sounded like Robert at 415-251-0522 claiming to be the IRS - heavy Indian accent as well. When I called back he gave me vague answers and claimed I owed some $3,900. When I got a little hostile as he threatened that an arrest warrant would be out for me in 2 hours he hung up. So unnerving to think you're getting a call from the IRS! I am thankful that all of you posted what you did as it helped me realize it was a scam.

Thank you for this post. This Idiot Indian guys called my home number, but I did not pick up the phone because of his caller ID with 415 area code in California last night. After retrieving his message regards the IRS question to my 2013 Tax Income , his name was Clint Brown. I called back this morning, but no Greeting or providing me an opportunity to leave him a message. I realize this is unusual, I googled it and found this post. I hope this post is the right place or it could be a weer thing from the same group of people.

Came back from a week visit in Cali to a caller with a heavy accent claiming to be with the IRS and telling me to call...you guess it Kenneth Webster. Heavy static with beeps and other noise. Same song and dance but they actually called me back after I got disconnected with a random busy signal. Must be scamming lots of people.

Call saying to call 415-251-0522  Robert Lewis.  Supposed to be about IRS case.  As our taxes are all up to date I looked up the number on reverse white pages lookup.   Looks like a scam to me.
The number is Y Max Oration, landline Sfo. Ca.  Caller had accent- possibly India.

seems like these guys don't quit--heavy accented man (possibly Filipino with Tagalog accent)-- says he is Michael Clark from IRS investigation bureau and to contact his direct supervisor Kenneth Webster about a case against me for owed payment due form 2012 tax return------only problem, I don't live in California and caller ID say San Francisco Bay area--obviously a Magic Jack connection---guess they can't tell time either as the calls were relentless even after 6p.m. (LOL-anyone ever catch the IRS live after 4pm??)

I initially became suspicious when I recognized the 415 exchange which has been calling me for over a year about debt consolidation==same guy ( I'd recognize his voice anywhere==especially his nasty mouth when you confront him about his scam) but the last 4 digits keep changing--reported this last year, earlier this year and will again to the Attorney General's office .  Taping every call coming in from this exchange--eventually I will call them and play back their own scam.  May  be they will get the message.

I got phone calls from this number today TWICE.  First one introduced himself Daniel Martinson then second one could not pronounce phone number then hung up..  They speak slowly.  My husband suspects that foreign names in their list are targeted.  His colleague got the same kind of calls last week.

I just got a call from 415-251-0522, we used to live in California, so I picked it up after 3 rings, but no one was there. We checked the message and some guy with a heavy Indian access on a phone with lots of crackling and static, as if it was an internet phone with no bandwidth. Anyway, I need to call him back as soon as I got the message (today is Saturday), it was of immediate important and so forth. He was from the IRS Internal revenue service he said. Anyway I googled the number and found this site! I hate this kind of stuff! If he calls back I will pick it up and tell him I will report this number to the police!

I received the caller from 415-251-0522 stating he is from the IRS investigating team and said I had not paid tax in 5 years.  he said ny name.  I told him IRS do not call people if you have back taxes

My wife received a VM from this number claiming to be from the IRS, sounds like someone with heavy south Asia accent, most probably of Indian origin. Asked not to ignore his call. Sounds like the IRS SCAM i heard.

Got a call from 415 251 0522 2 times. once for my  parents and once for me. He said on the answering machine his name was kevin brown. Tried to return call twice once was a pick-up hang up second was busy signel.

Indian speaking woman ask for me but couldn't say my name correctly. She never identified who she was or with so  If you don't ask for me correctly I say wrong number and hang up. Must not have been too important cause she didn't call back.

I just got a call from (451) 251-0522. The guy asked to speak to me by name and said he wanted the name of my attorney so he could send my "case papers". The caller had an accent that was difficult to understand. I asked him to repeat what he was saying 3 times. He said my full name correctly and said my home address correctly and said my email address correctly. I asked him what "case papers" he was talking about and he asked if I'd received an email from the IRS. I said no, he said I could call (451) 251-0522 and to ask for Kenneth Webster and he would explain what was in the email that I didn't recall ever reading.
Needless to say, I DID NOT call these scammers back. Too bad these people don't apply their time and skills on an HONEST job.

I received a message from 4152510522, same as above, heavy East Indian accent using the name James Berry or something like that.  He said I had an illegal allegation against my account with the IRS Department.  Thanks for creating this sight for scammers like that!

Received a random call from this number (415-251-0522), from a guy with an extremely pronounced indian (dot) accent, claiming to be from the IRS and not to ignore him. The Caller ID traced back to NOVATO, CA. He called back immediately after I hung up on him and I pushed him to voicemail so I could get the evidence on mp3.. He stated his name was Adam Johnson from the Internal Revenue Service, and the direct number to his "office" was  415-251-7090. I will be sending this information and my recording of his ridiculous and mildly threatening message to our service provider.

The number that called me twice was 415-324-2056 which is not a good number. Said it was IRS needed to call right away said his name was Peter and wanted me to call 415-251-0522.

You caught one in the act!!  Knowing that it was a caller using a magicJack deserves at least three or four thumbs up all by itself.  I'm only sorry the web site prevents me from giving that to you.

Some heavily middle eastern accented guy calls from (415) 251-0522 claiming to be from the IRS. I literally laughed and he got irate with me. He said so you think I a scammer and then started to tell me what he sexually wanted to do with me. I laughed and asked him since when does the IRS call on a cell phone using a Magic Jack then hung up and blocked his number.
