I guess these creeps enjoy listening to my answering machine, 'cause that's all they'll ever hear on my end.  I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Worthless Scumbags keep calling. We never answer and yet these morons insist on calling. Everyone needs to complain to their phone carrier about this number. It is harassment when they repeatedly call people over and over again. It is unlawful to keep calling repeatedly, or annoying people either by hanging up or not answering. We have been getting unsolicited calls from these people over several weeks now. I also consider it an invasion of privacy. We are on an unlisted line and on the DO NOT CALL LIST (obviously doesn't work). They never show up on caller ID except as "Unknown Name". I am going to call my phone company about these people.

After calling the phone company, I am contacting someone in law enforcement.

This number keeps calling my home.   I would like them to stop!

These fools called twice....robo message for Harp program...refinancing and fleecing....I hung up in the middle....same as the last time.

Answered the call, but no one on the line.  Said "hello" twice, and still, no response.

Caller ID came over as: California Call with the phone number: 415-251-9122

Hangup call at 3:49 pm today.  I don't know why they bother, but I guess there must be people falling for whatever scam they're running, or else they wouldn't exist.  Sigh.

Caller ID Says Novato, answered and nobody was on the other end.

Answered and no response.  Caller ID says "Ignacio CA"

Caller stated they were state of Miss. Police Department (PD) seeking monetary donations for the PD. When asked where the money would go caller stated it would go to Police Departments in California.
Yeah right.

Got a call few minutes ago but did not pick up when I saw the caller ID IGNACIO CA as I guess it's spam. Left no message on answering machine.

5/23 15:10  Here we go again.  Just called, I wonder who or what we have in common.  Whatever it is, probably some sort of home improvement project or considering such.  They call, no  ID and stay on long enough again to tie up answering machine but only dead air left.

Called and left "message of silence" on my voice mail.

Deja Vu home refinance telescammers now with a new number and CID that says "Novato, CA", heart of the CA wine country. May they eat some medfly infested grapes and thus be disabled due to having to  emrbace their toilet lids for the next few weeks. High capacity call blocking machines are the only real defense we have since the DNC list is no longer enforced and/or the telescum have found ways around it.

Yep, typical a-hole call spammers. Here's hoping Karma grants these jerks and their families devastating financial and health hardships immediately as a result of their spamming, scamming ways.
