Randy Nichols called my cell phone twice and didn't leave a message. It was from 415-257-2676 . I called back to ask who called me. He asked me to wait on the line for about 2 minutes!! (weared, what is the reason). And then said "This is Randy".
He said he called because I advertised on Craigslist , and would I give him the listing. But I advertised only for rent, and not for sale, and I never disclosed my cell phone in Craigslist. So I wonder how did he get my cell phone number???
Also I was very concerned with his intrusive questions. I am still afraid this is not just the real estate.......
Thanks to this site, I could learn more about him.

I am an agent, and have been trying to "bring" an offer in on one of his listings (Randy Nichols).  I was pleasant as I could be on the phone, asking about the listing, if there were any other offers.  He was simply jaw-dropping, boasting that he wasn't even really listening to the seller any longer, and was amazed at how the offers had been coming in so low, (remember people, an offer is the SELLER'S decision to accept or reject) not the agents.  I learned that though my client's offer was rejected in a trite email, it was NEVER presented to the seller....this gent does not care about people as a good realtor should.

The listing itself does the seller a disservice- few pics, sparse details- complete dirtbag

Someone has to stop this jerk. He has many complaints and I am wondering why his bosses don't do anything. He has called us many times and even stopped by our house many times even after we told him we don't want to see him. Last time we told him we will call the police. He keeps changing company and office. He is working out of Castro Valley office now, same Remax realty. Surprised that Remax has kept him if someone makes a law suit against him they will be liable too.

Just got a call from this number -- no message was left.  It is possible that the caller obtained my listing via Zillow's "Make Me Move" feature.

Randy Nichols is still at it.  Definitely a creepy dude who was very persistant.  Very aggressive!  I was terribly uncomfortable with this dirt bag and his line of questioning.

When I answered the phone the person calling immediately (and poorly) pretended he could not hear me and said he would call right back.  My best guess: he is looking for numbers where a female answers the phone.

Randy Nichols called me in March 2013 asking me about the home our family is purchasing? My wife and I are separated right now and neither of us are looking to buy a home at all. After reading all of this I'm a little PO'd and he definitely does sound like a clown unger..., like everybody says "stocker or house hunter"and I'm happy to add to the list off him being a problem I'll see if he continues to call now and now I know more info about this guy. I'll play with them a lot.

Called my wife, very rude to her insisting that she give him personal information about me.  He told her that he was with A real estate company "premier".   His phone call left her upset that he was trying to find out when she is home alone.....will follow up tomorrow with trying to locate where he works.

I got a call from him today saying he had a very urgent question about my house. He said to call RIGHT AWAY! I thought someone wanted to buy my house, but I guess not. I'm not going to call him back.

report him to the federal trade commission consumer fraud web site. He can loose his California real estate license. Also report him to the California Real Estate licensing board, they will pull his license even quicker. save your phone records to be able to provide his contacts.

It a real state agent named Randy Nichols, he telemarkets for distressed properties, has known to call a family up to 5 tomes a day bugging them to sell their home.

Wow.  Found all this info after googling the phone number.  Yup, just got a call from him, and same story as all of you.  And my listing hasn't even expired!  And he kept insisting it had!  What a moron.  I told my real estate agent, and I am going to report him and also call his boss and try to do something about this.  I only got the one phone call from him and he ended up hanging up on me, because I kept telling him to check the listing for information.  Amazing.

This Nichols character badgered my wife on the phone this morning and was very rude.  I called his boss at REMAX, a Mr. Andrew Paulson, who was very polite and stated he would deal with Nichols.  Mr. Anrews can be reached at [admin: phone number no longer valid].

Jerk called my house as well today, and i have never listed any property for sale!  I guess he ran out of clients.

Randy just called me, looking for "Ben". He made something up about not being able to hear me so he hung up and called right back again wanting to talk about who knows what. I EXPLICITLY instructed him to not call this number again.

He just started spewing more BS so I hung up.

Randy is a busy guy it seems, annoying people over a large time span.

Just had three calls in a row, so answered thinking there could be an emergency - and it was, yup, Randy Nichols.  I just removed my house from the market and he wanted me to list with him.  I politely answered some questions just out of curiosity, and after 10 minutes struggled to hang up politely.  Horrible, insincere laugh punctuates his "conversation," and not only is he pushy, he simply doesn't seem to take in anything said to him.  Yuk!!!

I just received two calls today, Monday, February 13th, from Randy Nichols, I didn't answer, as I screen my calls, did the reverse look up, and came upon this site right away.  He called at 1:00 p.m., didn't leave a message, then immdiately called back, again, not leaving a message.  Thanks to everyone who had left warnings about this guy, as now I know NEVER to answer the phone when he calls.  Hopefully, something can be done about him so he stops harrassing people.

Somebody please post a picture of this agent. I have been harassed and I've searched for a photograph. None listed on anything seems odd. Has anyone even checked to make sure his real estate license is legit. All realtors have photographs everywhere. This man has a reason to be hiding. Be aware!

He's working Santa Venetia in Marin County at the moment. He uses high pressure sales tactics with unsubstantiated information. Very aggressive. I'd stay away.

This guy has left 3 messages in 3 days so far, two being on the same day.  Same old message, he has some important information about my property that I should know.  My MLS listing has recently expired so I imagine he's working off some list.  I reported him to my realtor.  You'd think he'd get the hint that we're not interested in speaking with him or returning his phone calls.  I agree, intrusive real estate stalker.

He is not listed in the ReMax real estate agent directory, I would beware of this guy at all costs, or call him at his home like he did to you -
