They called me again today last week it was $353.00 now today just give them $100.00, seriously this has to be stopped!!!!!! This is harrasment in the highest form!  He even called me a criminal and said have fun in jail you b$#@%!

Just got another call. I got a name of the company "Crime Control Dept" I said crime control department for who? He said "for you criminals, you A$$hole." I demanded an address and all he said was 7254 Woodmore (I couldn't really understand the street though) 48228... I filed a claim with FTC I don;t know if that will help or not. He called my work and was giving out my personal info to employees.

THE HEAVY ACCENT MAN CALLED ME TO;D ME I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING PAYDAY LOAN, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, THEN HE SAID THE POLICE WILL BE COMING TO ARREST ME THEN WHEN I DID NOT BELIEVE HIM HE STARTED SPEAKING VULGAR AND CURSING AT ME. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND I HOPE NOONE FALLS FOR THIS SCAM> HOW CAN WE STOP THEM THEY CALL MY CELL PHONE AT LEAST 20 TIMES PER DAY.

Got a call at work sttaing he was gonn ahave the police show up at work. i told him go ahead. When I asked him to give me his address he said "No this is about you!" I'm going to file a claim with my PDs cyber crimes division.

received a call from Steven Brown who said there was a lawsuit against my ss# and that the cops would be coming to my work place.  I needed to call back and talk to Mr. Jackson.  I tried numerous times to call back but keep getting a busy signal.  My husband called back from his phone and they answered.  He told them that the phone was being recorded and that the fbi was involved. I told me that if I didn't call back, all he could do is wish me luck.  I wish they would speak better English too!!  They are obviously picking random names to use.  not the first time I've received this type of call.  they haven't called me at work yet, this time, but I expect they will at some point.  Couldn't understand what company he said he was calling from.  I have reported different numbers other times to the fbi scam line.  The phones they are using are pre-paid cell phones.

These people are ridiculous, the same person called me several times asking for the wrong person. Each time the caller went by a different alias. I called them back and told them to stop calling, whomever I was speaking with rudely replied "OKAY I WILL TAKE YOU OFF THE LIST.........SIR!" F*** these a***oles. Im doing what Pycho said.

got a call to day,gave me this number to call,asked me if i had a lawyer,so i called a mr.jackson was who i was to ask for so i did This is not the first time they have called me.

this very Indian-sounding man keeps calling my cell phone -- he says I have to pay money right away -- he says there is a lawsuit against me -- he says many reasons why I need to pay him money.  It is very upsetting.  I am on the do-not-call list and still I am getting these kinds of calls.  I need to find out how to report his and his scam buddies and how to stop these calls!  Beware of any calls coming from this number -- do not answer!!!

another message.  again identifying himself as "peter jackson" but with a distinct indian accent.  another legal matter that will put me in jail if i don't call him back.  who are these people.

East Indian Accent, sounding very robotish like he is reading from a script.  He makes threats like "your social security number has been reported to us and you will be arrested etc., etc." They are definitely a collection company and it appears that now they too have outsourced to India.  Harrassment in it's pureset form.

i am having the same problem with this person but i have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission as well as with the CA state attorneys office

This "company" keeps calling me about some bill that I supposedly owe.  If I don't Western Union amount to someone in FLA, a sheriff will be coming to my door.  They called me 3X today.  Different voices, American-sounding names, Indian (?) accents.  Very pushy.

I totally got the same call at work, Mark Jacobs, and I am to call him back immediately at 415-287-3367 as a situation will be unfolding! Seriously!! I just laughed and said I would  have my attorney call him and plus an man with that an accent as thick as his shouldnt have an american name! I just laughed and hung up

Mark Hunter from United States Attorney Office called my cell and work repeatedly.  He told me f*** you after I demanded he not contact me at work, and to not share that they are filing a lawsuit against my supervisor and coworkers. Coworkers and myself have informed this guy who has a hard time speaking English to not call, that it is being recorded (then they hang up), and that their calls are harassment that are not welcomed at workplace or home. They share detailed information to others, are not professional at all, and even if they are a company, they are completely out of line, harassing, unprofessional, demeaning, and a sham.  My attorney said I need to report the matter to the FCC. I am assuming it is a debt collector for a pay day company but they don't give me enought time or courtesy to check anything out.  I wonder if anyone has found a way to make these guys stop, because they are putting my job at risk.

When I called him on it he called me stupid, ridiculous, ignorant ______. Truly unprofessional so I hung up.

Same thing lawsuit, they had my SS#, said it was about a payday loan and that if I didn't call back that a local cop would be at my door.  No information on them anywhere.
