Fools called for my daughter twice today... saying she was being sued ladaladalada dah....guy had thick indian or pakistani accent...his english was so bad that he was hard to understand lol

They said her address..... we refused to give any info to them.... I told them that they are a scammer and I know it... told them to feel free to send written correspondence if they like so I can turn it into the authorities.

Same scenario here, kept calling, so I called back, Indian woman stated I'm being sued and have a case.  I got a bit annoyed, and said well tell me WHO is sueing.  She gave no answer and hung up.  Scams, phishing, etc.  Real collections calls don't harass with law enforcement.  I've been served a real paper, and it is just on my credit report, no police involvement.

So I got a call this morning AT MY WORK from someone stating that they would be having an arrest warrant issued for me and the sherrif would be coming to pick me up in the morning. I then told him I had already called the police on them and filed a report (which I have done), I asked him the name of the business to which he responded (John Smith Lawyer and Associates). I asked where they were located and he said, "who the hell are you?" and I stated that no law firm, under ant circumstance, would say that to someone. I promptly was hung up on.

So they also just called my phone back and answered and the Indian/ Mexican man stated he wanted to " Fu** me" oh wow what pathetic people smh people will do anything for a dollar

Just keep calling them back and messing with them they will eventually block your number... I have called over a hundred times and they have been so rude so I returned the attitude... They harass me and I am gonna harass them :) they don't like to be called out it frustrates them... Scam scam scam

When they called me it was the man who left the message and the woman who answered when I called back.  Now she sail she's with consumer affairs when she called me.  She said I have an old loan from advance America of over $450.00, but wouldn't give me the original loan amount.  She told me if I dont pay the full loan at once, I will have a court date to go to, so I told her to send me the court papers, then she hung up on me.  I called her back and said, for some reason we were disconnected.  She replied no we weren't in her very strong accent, "I hung up on you".  I said "oh",so that's it? "We done"?  She said you don't pay you will have to pay $5000 in court.  Then she hung up again.  They dont like it if you call and harass them, and are they really consumer affairs?????

A man with a heavy accent (sounded like indian) called my number twice leaving his name and message saying that I or my attorney needed to call back the number and not ignore. They said not to ignore the call and good luck. So I called and they said they have a lawsuit against me from CA Anderson Attorney Law and if I was aware of it. When I ask what it is all about they hung up.

This number called me and said they where from an attorney's office and I needed to pay 1,000 or they would call my job and get me fired or have the police come get me for not paying my bill. I asked what bill, he started saying you know what bill and cussing at me. I told him to stop talking to me like that and that I was taping the phone call he just kept saying, F*&% you Karri. He then hung up so I called him back then I go a woman who told me I owed 300 I told them to do what they have to do and hung up

the samething just happend to my man ..we called the cops ran his name theres nothing on him there just crazy brok ppl tryin to f*** us!!

got a call at work & on my cell from this # and would not identify them selves at all.

... and they called 8 times... crazy!

Just got several calls from this number, the indian accented guy pissed me off by spending so much time making sure he was talking to me... I asked to talk to a manager and then talked to an indian accented woman who kept asking me the same bull... I want to file harassment charges as well but no company name was given even when I asked for the company name several times.

I got a call from this number also. They called me several times and I initially ignored the call. Then I called back. A foreign lady answered the call and explained that I was being sued for some money that was transferred into my account that I never paid back. I responded that I have never received any money and I don't know what they are talking about. They hung up. So I called back. They lady answered and I asked for more information regarding the case. She responded saying there was nothing else that needed to be discussed and hung up. I called back again and a man answered the phone saying "I'll kick your a** if you call this number back." I was outraged. I asked for the mans name and informed him I was going to call the police and file a harassment charge. He replied "do whatever you want to bi***." So I went off, I told him don't call me out of my name. I pulled up the number online and told him had the address of where he was located. He said he would pay me a million dollars if I could find him. After a few more minute of going back and forth I told him I had been recording the whole conversation and he said F*ck you and hung up. I tried calling back and the line was busy. This whole situation was absolutely ridiculous and I want to press charges for harassment but I don't know the name of the company that was calling.

Also had a call from a guy named alex, I called back and got a woman I could barely understand and there was so much background noise it was hard to hear. She asked for my phone number to pull my record and said there is a case against my name and social then read my social back to me and where I work stating she would ecxplain to me why I was being sued if I wanted. I asked who she is and who was suing me she said she didn't know who was and that she is a paralegal. I had read the previous post here before calling back and immediately told her this doesn't make sense and sounds like a scam to take me off of her call list and not call again. She became angrey and said there would be an officer dispatched to my work. I hung up.

My husband got a call from this number telling him that they were from cash advance america and that he was to pay 1,300.00 right now and that he needed to call John Adams. When he called this, so called, John Adams he got a man with a very thick indian accent telling him to pay this immediately or the FBI would be at our door in the morning to put him in jail, and that he would be facing criminal charges of money laundering??????.  He also made it clear that he could only use a pre-paid visa to make the payment.  Then he told him that he would contact his employer as well ( we own our business).. We thought this was a scam and confirmed that by looking up other scams that happened the same way.  Contacted our local law enforcement and reported it.
One of the financial institute we applied for a loan to start our business obviously sold out our info to these scamers.  So be ware do not give in to these guys they sound somewhat legit but they are a SCAM!!!!!!!!  what threw us was when he said they would contact my husbands employer.
