Someone with a very heavy Indian accent keeps leaving me a mst - when you call the number back it is not in service.  Totally a scam!!!

Same thing was happening to me. It was mostky a man that called me. But one time it was female that called. When she called you could tell she really didn't know what to say. In the back ground you can hear the man on another phone if someone else. When he calls he says he works for so and so and for me or my lawyer to call him back at another number. Just today he has called 12 times. I told him on the last call that I look up the number on the BBB website and I know its a scam. He loudly said F**k You and hung up. I hope that ends the calls.

Caller , male heavy Indian accent, says his name not that you can understand.
Says you must call on urgent time sensitive matter. No company name, very obviously a scam however pisses me off they get your number to begin with.
This is the very stuff that makes me not want a home phone or landline, good for nothing but bu***hit like this.

If I could walk in on one of these guys they would never make a call like this again. Last time got this type of call they claimed were calling about my sister and her listing me as a cosignee on a loan, of course all false.

This is the bu***hit that will be the final nail in the coffin for wired home phone service.

I recieved calls from a gentleman, and I use that term loosely, with an Indian accent claiming to be Officer David Smith with Law Enforcement. I received three calls at my office and several on my mobile phone. I want to how he tracked my office and mobile numbers. I am also want to know what additional information he has about me.

WOW.. they are really pushing on this.  I got a call from a guy that said he was an officer.  What is funny is that officer's dont get involved in legal matters like this, only when it is court ordered.
What a SCAM.. however I wonder how many people actually pay money or get all up in arms about it.
