SCAM FOR SURE. I too was contacted by them regarding receiving a loan for $5,000.00 I sent them $498.00 on January 9th still today havent received a dime. The people who coantacted me was Aubrey Davis from 876-296-2178 and Mr Anthony Brooks at 876-275-3921. The main number is 1-877-814-8904 however whenever you call there is an answering maching and you must leave a number. I actually spoke with Mr. Brooks and he assured me this wasnt a scam after I told him I would be reporting this company to the FBI criminal internet division. Please dont send them any money, this has been a nightmare.

I too received an email and a phone call from Maria Suetos stating that I was approved for a $5000 loan. They asked for 3 months collateral payment in the amount of $484 and my ID and check stub. I looked into the location and phone number of company and no information is available as I am sure no such company exists. Run, run, run as fast as you can from this company. Definitely a scam. Do not send any money or any identifying info.

I too received an email saying I was approved for a loan. I was afraid it was a scam and from reading all of these posts I now know it is. Thanks so much to people posting the truth about this company. I have been scammed before and that is why I am very suspicious of anything like this.

It is a scam. Do not send them any money. They also go by the name Waichman Group. All the documents they send look legit, but they are not. The first time they called me, they were called Waichman Group. They had a very good convincing "loan specialist" who told me that I was approved for a $5000 loan with 3 years to pay back. They sent me my "legal binding contracts" and a "surety bond letter". I had two options to send my insurance payment of the first five monthly payments, which was $540. I had the choice of paying with my debit card or western union, noted that they do not accept checks or credit cards. Aware of the scams that are going around, I chose the debit card option. Well, after having me on hold for about 15 minutes, she came back and told me that they could not accept debit card payments at this time because of a "glitch" in their debit card system and that I would have to send it via western union. I did some research on the so-called companies stated in the contracts and the companies are real but the people who they have listed in the contracts did not work there or did not exist. I did not send them any money. The number they called me from was a cell phone number out of Kingston, Jamacia. That same number called me again but this time they were Franklinton Estate. If you are approved for a loan through a legit company, then you are approved. That means that you do not have to pay ANYTHING to receive it. I really hope this helps people from being scammed by these heartless people.

If I were you, I would give them a wide berth. Jamaica is well known for money laundering etc. There are many scams that originate from that part of the world. I would certainly avoid any dealings with them, however convincing they seem.

Has anyone dealt with this company?  I am trying to get a loan and they are lenders from Jamaica.  Everything looks legit, but I am scared that it may be a scam.  Their name is Franklinton Estate Finance.  Has anyone heard of them before?
