Got about 8 phone calls etc by an Indian accent man with an American name.  Wanted to tell me I was in Federal trouble.  After I told him not to worry about it and send me a letter, he seemed confused Ha ha, and hasen't called back.   Pls do not give him any personal info!!

call from an India guy saying I would get arrested on many charges concerning loan debt  and I needed a lawyer.

I received a call from the same man Ory King. He told me I had criminal charges against me and that I needed to call his lawyer. I asked what type of criminal charges and he said I had to call his lawyer. I told him he was talking to a police officer and that I could trace this call. He hung up. This is a scam that goes around quite a bit. There is one that will say he is calling about a 1099 form would be filed on me because I had criminal charges. I started laughing because he had no clue what a 1099 was. These are all Indian-speaking people calling.

I have received MANY calls in the last two days from telemarketers and I asked repeatedly to be removed from all list. When I finally listened to one at 8:45 in the a.m., from a 415 area code. (San Francisco, 5:45 a.m.) I was informed that I was being charged with three federal charges and that if my attorney did not contact Robin Miller (Middle East Accent),the charges would be filled with in 1 hour and in a hour and a half someone would be at my door with "papers" BULL!!!!

Received phone call @ 8 am said I need to return call to Federal Attorney or be arrested   would not give me a case # said my lawyer needs to contact him within 45 minutes or I will be arrested  my home this afternoon

I just got call from same indian accent man with same threat, from same number.. only his name this time was Robin Miller.. no info on my case but he tried to make settlement. i believe its from a loan company that i refused a green dot payment plan and a vanilla voucher plan.. they are scams

received call and threatening me to put in jail saying he was attorney ory king  saying I go to police dept  I will go to jail for non payment  these suckers want money . man spoke like he was from India

I too recieved 12 calls today from this man stating what everyone else said. I ended up having to have the number blocked. It is a scam, do not give them any personal information!

Same poor English speaking person who could not provide any details as to the debts I had to pay for before I go to prison. Once I mentioned my lawyer was on another phone wanting to speak with him he hung up- hopefully he will not call back- It was fun to mess with him...

I received a call from a man who could barely speak english, telling me I was being sued.  When I asked by who was suing me and for what, he told me he could not tell me but he said to write down this phone number and ask for Roy King.  The phone number was the one he was calling me from...415-484-5737... He left 6 threatening voicemails throughout the day today.

Received threatening voicemail from man with Indian accent from this number stating that I or my attorney had to call them back. Claiming that I was going to receive federal charges against me for non-payment of a loan. Also that i was going to be sued. He said i had non payment loans. He said his name was Ory King. I also had a person named Carol from the same company call me this morning at 6:30 a.m. and leave message on my phone saying teh same thing.

A man with an Indian accent called saying i had to pay an amount of money or i would Get fired and all my account would be frozen. Also that i was going to be sued. When i told him my attorney told ME not to speak to him he hung up. He said i had non payment loans. He said his name was Ory King

Received threatening voicemail from man with Indian accent from this number stating that I or my attorney had to call them back. Claiming that I was going to receive FEDERAL charges against me for non-payment of a loan. I happen to be a paralegal and I happen to also be getting an EXTREME amount of calls today from people with Indian accents, so I asked to which debt he was referring and he was "unable to tell" me.  I suspect this is fraud and will be watching my credit report like a hawk!
