Called me yesterday and left a message stating that I was being arrested at that very moment ( Very Laughable ), and I owed a debt to some shady payday loan company. First off NO states attorneys office will hire a terrorist to work in their office(I am by no means racist, they just sound like the Taliban to me), secondly, no one can be arrested for a debt, thirdly, I dealt with these people back in may, and was told a multitude of things that are verbal harassment. If you want to have some fun with these people when they call, just repeat everything they say word for word(or the best you can since you can barely understand every other word)..... Do not give these people information at all.....Back in may they threatened to come to my house and kill me and my family ( They did have my correct address) but I guess he reconsidered when I explained that I have prior military experience, and a collection of firearms that rivals most small countries!

I got a similar call saying I had written a bad check a month ago in a state that I don't even live in. Nor do I write checks anymore - I've used a prepaid Mastercard for almost three years.

They told me I had defaulted on a pay day loan.  I have not!   They claimed to be calling from the District Attorney's office in San Francisco and told if I didn't give them $792.00 in 30 minutes, the sheriff's office of Seattle would arrive at my work in two hours and I would be put behind bars.  They laughed, yelled, and threatened.  THIS SCAM NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.  IT SCARES PEOPLE.   I did phone the local police and was adviced to report this to the Better Business Bureau.  I plan to follow up.

I have been getting calls from this one # here on several occasions in the last few weeks. Finally called back the other day and wanted to speak to this Michael White(?) - this is the name that was left on voicemail. Had said he was an attorney, I was being sued and would be charged with some type of internet theft of money that had been deposited into  a bank account of mine. I suspect that this may have something to do with an employment opportunity I had responded to on craigslist. As it turns out a fraudulent check had been mailed to me. Of course I checked this out and found the check was nothing more than a forgery. Whoever it was that I was corresponding with from this ad, I let them know that I would turn this check, and all the info I had through the various emails, to the authorties. Which I did...Anyway, I wonder just how easy it may be to actually track this #, hopefully get a physical address, etc., and then take care of this SOB as anyone should??? If anyone has any ideas do let me know/

The guy called me about a year ago on my old number and said his name was Andrew Jackson, then when I told him his call was B***S*** he called back almost immediately and said his name was Andrew Johnson. After a few weeks of just ignoring his calls he finally stopped calling me. Yesterday the calls started again, this time his name was George Washington (I immediately recognized the voice - it was Andrew Jackson/Johnson) I asked him what company he was calling from and why he was calling and he just kept telling me it was none of my business but was suing me. When I told him to stop calling me he said "you want my dick in your mouth bi***" and a few other very nasty and inappropriate things. I hung up and he called back minutes later, I called my husband on 3 way and he started screaming at my husband telling him he was going to come to his work and slit his throat, then 'George Washington' told my husband "I know where you work Mr. P**** and then said the name of the company". He called back a few minutes later and started talking "dirty" to me and cussing me out, I said some swear words back and he then said "Shandra, I know where you live. You live at ****** ******** Ave in ***** ************, NY *****  and you live on the 1st floor, I'm going to climb in your window, rape you and then slit your throat then I'm going to leave you dead on the living room for your b*****d husband to see when he gets home" I panicked, ended the call and I called the police, the officer showed up about an hour later, barely let me explain a thing -  took my phone and blocked the number, said "problem solved" and drove off. 25 minutes later, I received a call from a Texas number - (210) 475-1745. The guy was the same guy (I could tell by the voice) he said "Shandra?" then a whole bunch in a  foreign language. I said " Who is this? I don't understand what you're saying" and he said "HA! GOTCHA BI***!" and then hung up. Police still say there is nothing they can do.

im having the same problem.. I have file a report with my local sheriff's office.  and I keep track of about 20 different pone numbers they are calling from.. they know my social drivers#and my address. very very bad .. you need to contact the credit bureaus .and put an alert on your info.. just keep records

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

They have been calling me for a week leaving messages threatening me. I am sure these are the same guys that scammed me in July saying they were a loan company, they robbed me of over 1200 dollars then they had the nerve to say they were going to arrest me for fraud!! Please help me put a stop to these horrible men!!!

Keep calling me at work, claiming I need to retain an attorney, said his name was Jason Smith..which is funny because that is my son's name.

I got a call around 5:30 am....they left  a  threating  message  saying  I needed to contact  them asap.

Claims to be an attorneys office and saying there is a lawsuit against me. They wanted my lawyers information and when I said I was one, they hung up.
