So yes... I received this call from this number: 760-429-7877 & 1800-546-9088! Saying that I needed to pay off something from a pass account for a bank. That I needed to resolve it or I would be serve with papers to appet in court and pay a huge lump of money. It's crazy because it's like the same person that keeps answering  the phones and for whatever reason they had the same first names. I find it very strange.. Yet I got worried bc I don't have the time to be going to no court to pay over 1000$... But I try to look up the business and it never came up. The numbers are not register to business and all I kept getting is this kind of information about other people having the sane kind of experiences.

Hey everyone had the same problem as well with the same situation but the guy used the name (Alex Conner)... When I heard the name immediately I knew something was funny.... My Husband called from another number and he told them that they have taken their money back plus more... And we were going to sue an get a police report... Still have to wait until the morning for anything.. But I am making a report... The land-line number is register to     O1 communications, inc. in Oceanside CA... just for future reference for everyone out there.... Have a good day...

This is a version of the you-have-committed-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. charged with fraud or passing bad checks or embezzlement or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Beware extortion scams come in many flavors and they constantly evolve to stay one step ahead of the law.

this same number has been calling me! saying that i owe a loan company money and if i dont pay i will be sued and go to jail! When i call the number back it tells me that the number dosent work! They have messed with the right one how lucky are they they chose to call the grandson of the chief of police! time to take action

this has been going on for at least 3 months now! a man claiming to be an attorney claiming that i owed some loan company money. he has a accent thot sound like he is from india. he easused 4 or 5 names the latest is Scott miller . i told him this was a scam and that i was giving his  number to the police. he stop calling for a while then started calling again. i found the number was in Oceanside ca. and that it was listed as a law office but said it was a crank caller. time to to get the police involved or go to war

I keep getting these threating calls saying I am about to sued. I even got one at my place of employmet stating I will loose my job. That call came from Cash advance USA the person on phone was name Mark Robinson but he spoke like he was from another country. Then the other day I day I got message that attonery need to called them because I being sued she also spoke like she was from another counrty and reading cue cards. And today I get another call something

This man have been calling me and my family members from different numbers trying to collect money he say I owe to a federal credit union.I have asked this man not to call my number or any family member but he continues to call,no respect for me or my family.This is not an american .This man need to be stopped and arrested for his harassment of me and my family.

Please, stop calling me at home and on my job..I know this is a scam because it just sound like one. I have notfiy the FBI and the Local Police Department in my area about this ongoing problem. Thanks and you have a great day.

This same company or number has been harrassing me at work and home and I have no Idea who these people are (Scott Miller). I have contacted the FBI myself. It is a scam...because when I mention about it be a scam the always hangs up.

I have recieved a call from this number. I man with an accent told me that an online loan company was filing a complaint against me and that i was going to be arrested as soon as tomorrow if i dont pay him the money i supposedly owed. i think that it was the same number that has my sisters number and they also had my address. i really hope that this guy will be stopped!

this man, who sounds like an indian or pakistainy, keeps calling  saying that he is an attorny and if i do not return his call he would file a claim against my social security number. also there was a woman who also called . she also had the same acsent and she said the same thing. they call 4 or 5 times a day. he said his name was chik taylor and i cannot make out what her name was. i have both of them saved on my answering machine. i called the number back and told the person that answered who also had thesame acsent ,that i was turning the number over to the police and they hung upon me.

This freak guy called my office and saying that there is a database that to be downloaded tomorrow 760 list. I called them back and he said that I owed a money that I loan before. at first I know that this sounds like scam since  the message that leave a voice is a heavy accent like coming from different country. but I ask them what company I owe and they don't give anything info. anyway the msg said call back with this number 760-429-2877. for further details nice try men do you think you foul other people with your heavy accent and you don't even tell me all the details. at first you said you only see my SSS number but you don't even know what company did I owe? then after asking you several time and you said CASH ADVANCE - where the hell do we find that cash advance and if it's existed I never go on that company.

This man has called me over and over for about a month now. He has given about 3 different names of business's and personal names. He has stated that I owe money to cash advance america and if I dont pay him back immediately he is going to file a lawsuit against me. He will not send me and paperwork or verification of this so called money I owe him. When I have talked to him he is very rude and unprofessional. He will yell and be  very direspectful, unlike any business man I have ever met before. My aunt who is a police officer called him and he also yelled at her. Somehow he has gotten my family members numbers and called them saying if they dont pay for my loan he is going to hold them responsible. THIS IS A SCAMMER SO DONT TALK TO HIM!!

Heavy accented male called both my work and cell number claiming to be the"legal department" by the name of Leon Johnson and sted he had received a notice of debt from the "Goverment" and he was going down to file lawsuit against me bu twould not tell me where he was nor mail documents to me.
