It's no longer Pacific Bell, it is AT&T. It's not a trap that will be set on the phone, it's a feature called 'Call Trace' *57 - it's a pay-per-use activation fee. If you are receiving obscene harassing calls, file a police report w/ your local Law Enforcement Agency, call AT&T (or your service provider) to have the Call Trace *57 feature added to our account. This feature is added by customer service (800-288-2020), NOT the Annoyance Call Bureau (800-348-8727) After having the *57 feature added by customer service, you will then need to report dates & times of when you trace a harassing/obscene/threatening call to the Annoyance Call Bureau. If informaton is found they will forward the call trace results to your local law enforcemant agency that you filed the report w/ for further action to be taken by Law Enforcement.

I have received no less than 3 phone calls from this pig sty. I have contacted the Police as well as the Sanfrancisco Police about these obscene fools. I am in the process of getting a Polioce Casde File Number which will be turned into AT&T. A trap will be put on the phone. And this business???? will be shut down. It is a violation of FCC law to make harrassing or obscene phone calls.
If you are getting the same? You must contact your local Police Dept., File a report. Gety a Case numnbner from the responding Police officer. Then call AT&T Annoyance Call Dept at 1 800 348 8727 and give them the Police File Number. They in conjunction with the Pol,ice will shut this junk down permenetly. !!
