Stop the calls. Calling 20 to 30 times a day with no response if answered

I have been getting calls from this 2012040767  number every 15 minutes for the last two days...i THOUGHT i WAS BEGINNING TO HAVE AUDITORY AND VISUAL HALLUCINATIONS until I fould that I was not alone.  Is there a legal way to stop this call...

This number called several times a day!  Would never leave a voicemail and when I picked up, they would hang up.  

The last time I picked up someone was actually on the other line: "Glenn Florez".  He gave me a spiel about a "BRIGHT TEETH" whitening product that I had showed interest in on their website.  He kept trying to push the completely FREE trial.

I politely waited to let him go through his whole scripted speech.  When I told him I was no longer interested after all of the research I've done, he replied that the bad reviews I have read were by those who failed to read the terms and conditions.  I explained that I did read them and that was just another reason why I was not interested.  He asked if it was the renewal price and offered to reduce it.  

I then asked him about all the annoying phone calls.  He apologized and said they have an automatic dialing system that hangs up on a certain number of rings.  I told him how frustrated I was with being bothered by all the calls and based on their improper business measures I don't want anything to do with them.  I also requested to be taken off of their list as my number was a Do Not Call number.

They have been calling daily from 8a.m. till 9 p.m.  never anything to say. they need to get a life.  my cell # is on the do not call list. lot of good that did.

They had just started to call me today.  5 times from 5:16 IN THE MORNING until 8:15, on a Saturday.  Really annoying...  I haven't answered, but they have not left any messages.

Caller ID was telling me it was from New Jersey.

THIS NUMBER CALLS NON STOP..411 READS ITS FROM A FLORIST IN NJ I CALLED THE FLORIST LISTED UNDER A DIFF NUMBER BUT THEY SAID ITS NOT THEM

THESE PEOPLE CALLING UNDER 201-204-0767 WOULD NOT STOP WITH THE HARRASSING CALLS

I'VE ALREADY REPORTED THEM AND THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED.

Same as everyone else! Caller ID says "New Jersey". reverse phone says Franklin Lks Florist Concierge. I live in GA, but went to school in NY on the Jersey line. Been searching on Classmates, Face book, etc. for old buddies, maybe that is where the problem is hiding!  Hope they take care of it, I have over 100 calls from them in a few days. Just called again!!! I answered they did not speak!

Ok I thought the teeth whitening company finally gave up on me cuz i didnt get calls for a few days.....but they are at it again.  Its the same area code again, so I must be them.  It's been calling my phone all day, four times in just the last 20 minutes.  Isnt this considered harrassment???? Stop calling my freakin phone!!!!!

I am so tired of these telemarketers.  I finally picked up one call & told the woman we were not interested & she continued to try & sell government grants!  Then I call the number & have my numbe removed!  It is such a joke.  Just like the "Do Not Call" list!

I got an diconnoect or hangup on my cell phone after 5 seconds earlier today & that time I could not hear anyone , but just now someone did talk & then either hung up or we got disconnected , I was in the libary so I kept my voice down but the person sounded very nice & even sexy (at least I thought) I'd like to talk to them more in the future

The following number has been calling my phone non stop.  It will ring once or twice and stop before I have a chance to answer.  There are no messages left from this number. I tried to look it up on the internet but was unable to find orign.

this people are so annoying they just wont stop caling my dad while hes trying to sleep becuz he cumes back from work

They keep calling my Skype number.  Normally, I wouldn't care but I use Skype at work, and their calls always pop up on my PC while I'm working.  Where did they get my #?  Really PO'ed!

yikes they started calling my number too...never says anything just hangs up! weird..

This number calls my cell 1 every hour. No answer and a recording for customer service or to take my number off of their call list.  nothing happens. don't waste your time calling them.  they do not answer.

The call comes in & there is nobody on the other end. I'll call back & all I get is an anwser machine. It must be stopped. How ndo I do this?

they keep calling my cell, i put them under tel and set the ringer as silent so they don't wake me or bug me. I think our cellular companies should charge them .25 a call and take if off our bill, they'd quit that crap.

the same thing happens 2 me they have call me 50times today i put my number on the don't call list but they call more anyone know how 2 make it stop

This is ridiculous!  I've been getting several calls from this number, and no one is at the other end.  It asks if you want to speak with customer service and, since I had no idea what the call was about, I held on only to get a recording stating that "all lines are busy," and the call is terminated.  When I tried calling back, it asks "if you want to be put on our "Do Not Call, list," press #2, which I did, and received several more calls after that!  They just keep calling!!

PLEASE, these people NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!

Sprint tells me that they cant block the # ??????

these people call non stop and must be stopped i filed a complaint with the ftc and with do not call registry since i was registered and i am still getting calls.I contacted my local police and filed a report and I was also told by the officer to call my cell phone provider to block the number. So now that is done I have quiet.

I had the same problem with this company as everyone else.20 calls a day even on the weekend with no one on the other end.I request to be added to there do not call list and that was ignored.I had to block the number with *60 this will work.

It seems that when they get a hold of your phone number the calls come in around the same time every day.  Mine is between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm.  Last night I turned off my phone at 10pm and this morning there was no missed call.  Maybe because it goes right to voicemail the auto dial system of WhiteningNow skips it.  I don't know.  I have done all I can do with the donotcall list and FCC.
