received a call fro this number to lower the interest rates on my Visa cards. I asked to call back and was told by a heavily accented asian woman that this number does not receive calls and she would call me back. She wanted the expiration dates on my credit cards!

I get random calls like this every freakin' day, both on my home phone and, especially, cell phone. Drives me crazy!!! The number is usually not legitimate so you can't call back. My strategy is, keep them on the line as long as possible, with the thinking that every minute they're on with me, they're not scamming some poor elderly woman. I usually get them to the point where they ask for my credit card number, then I say something like "Are you f'ing kidding me, you piece of s*** scammer?" and hang up. This time the scammer called me back to say "You f'ing a-hole" and then hang up. Problem is, when he called me back, the REAL number and company name came up on caller I.D. Oopsie! Time to file an FCC complaint.

I was initially called by 909-982-6320 about reducing my credit card rates.  I told them to give me the information since they called me.  I then asked for a supervisor and continued to request they provide me with the credit card numbers they wanted to lower.  Finally I told them to forget it and hung up.  I then received a call from this number, 415-620-4312.  The supervisor started yelling at me and telling me I was stupid.  To say the least, I finished the conversation with some colorful words.  By the way, their accents were really strong and connection was poor.  
They were very convincing.  Pass this information on through social media and let's stop these guys.

Called offering a lower VISA interest rate...was told we don't have VISA and we hung up.  Idiots called back within minutes from the same number offering a lower rate on DISCOVER card.  She then wanted us to read her our DISCOVER Card number and expiration to her!!!!   HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  Not happening!!!  We hung up...

Phone call supposedly from a company that represents visa, MasterCard, capital one and discover offering lower interest rates so you don't cancel your cards.

This number is being used by India based scammers trying to get credit card info in order to 'reduce your credit card interest'.  Original number they called from is 301-490-7853.  Strung them along for about 20 minutes and dropped the call.  They called back using this number.

They kept trying to get my full credit card number.  They don't ask for the full number, but they want your bank/card-type (which provides the first 4 digits), and tried to get every number and was gracious enough to only get all but 1 number (which they can calculate using the luhn checksum).  They insisted they were from my bank, but never asked my name, even though I offered that several times to 'confirm the account'.

This is a blantant scam.

They called and hung up.  Very annoying!

this number calls literally EVERY DAY I press 1 and talk to them but they are so rude. I ask them to remove my number as this is not a business one guy told me I needed to go on the internet and put myself on the Do Not Call list I told him I was on the list i asked him to remove my number he said he couldn't and hung up on me. Next call told them to stop calling my number its annoying in the process of telling her how many times I have gone through this she hung up on me. I'm at my wits end where do we go from here?

(415) 620-4312 called 4 times in one day!! Hung up and did not leave a message. I blacklisted them on my Ooma phone system.

I had repeated calls from 415-620-4312 over the past month. Whoever this is I don't care, but I want it stopped! These folks don't even have the guts to identify themselves, and are therefore a "Waist of my Time"! How can I help stop shady business operations?

Yes, on the do not call list and they still call.  Filed a complaint.  Hopefully they get fined enough they stop calling people on the list.

This is an annoying robotic call about a free internet listing. They leave me a voicemail each and every time they call. I have never answered.

the usual scam - press 1 to update your free Google profile. These scammers aren't affiliated with Google, and I seriously doubt they can improve jack squat. Best thing to do is pick up the phone but don't say a word - if it's a robo-call, it'll record it as a dead line or a voicemail. Eventually they give up. Although word of warning, they have HUNDREDS of spoofed numbers, they'll just call you from another number. Been there, done that, have the badges to prove it.
