there is silly SMS came to me form number 415-852-3790 at 4 AM and i would like to know who is the caller

received a call from 415-828-3278 titled "SNFC Cntrl, CA"  today Sunday Aug 28th, no one answer the phone, googled "SNFC Cntrl, CA" gives me this page.

Left off the hook for 17 minutes! This actually happened in December 2010. Started researching old bills when I received another one this month July 2011. I am glad to tie up their line for awhile. My customers call back! The phone company doesn't seem very willing to do anything!!

Did AT&T remove the charge?  I have a $19.71 charge for a collect call from 415-550-9597, SNFC Cntrl CA to a fax machine.  Nobody every answers the fax # and I don't think the fax machine accepted a collect call.  This is a total rip off.  How can my landline provider charge me for whatever a company wants to charge me.

That number is from a payphone server from San Francisco International Airport. Probably a glitch in their system....

yet another call, this time 415-710-5328  short message   -"I'm in Sonoma Valley"

It happened to me too, thank you all for posting this I believe that it gave me more credibility to AT&T, they gave me my money back and are doing an investigation.  Thanks again!!!

Received a call from "415-728-9502   SNFC Cntrl, CA" on 1/22/11. I diverted call and it went to voicemail. The call lasted 1 min, but no message was left. The caller ID displayed was for a cell phone in NY, area code (347).

Is this someone spoofing caller ID? Any guesses why (and how) they're doing it?

Received a call on 9/22/10 from 415-728-9502 SNFC CNTRL, CA, on my toll-free for 30.0 minutes.  

That was a Wednesday morning at 5:47am.  No one is in our office at that time.  Googled the number and found this website and another.  

I called MCI and they were nice enough offer me a credit.  They couldn't block this number though.

Received a call to my Canadian toll-free line. The call was never answered and came exactly 1 hour after another call from a CA number. I was charged for 31 minutes on my phone bill. Phone Co. has reversed the charge. Strange and scary, how many times has this happened and gone unnoticed??

Got my Toll-Free bill and it is showing a 30.10 minutes call on Sunday 4:00 in the morning.
We definitely do not answer the phone on Sunday, and our voicemail does not accept a 30 minutes voice message.

How could this be possible?

We just got a 7 minute call recorded on our toll free number; also a 2 minute "empty" voice mail....
no person there, just empty line sound.

Who benefits from using our toll free number for 30 minutes while no one was in the store? Shouldn't it 'time out'? There was no message...

Same thing happened to us....30 minute call on a Sunday.  I am disputing with AT&T now.

Call came into our business and no one answered, there did sound like possibly someone there, but no one spoke.  I ended up hanging up the call since it did not disconnect.

Same thing happened. Someone called our Adoption line from this caller ID. As parents waiting to adopt, any call to our 800 number makes us super anxious. Cruel joke!

Two calls back to back from this number to our office 800# on Saturday afternoon.  No message.

Billed for a 30.1 minute phone call from this number on 02/02/10 at 8:52am.  It doesn't even show up on the caller Id as ringing the phone!  Certainly shows up on the bill without a problem.

Oh and when we called it back we got an automated message saying the call couldn't be completed.

Caller ID was 1-718-623-0711 New York, ORIG NUMBER 1-415-728-9502 from Snfc Cntrl, CA tried calling back 718 # and said line was out of service. How do you stop getting these phony calls to an 800 number?

Same here called our 800 number how do they get our numbers?

AT&T removed the charge from our bill and is blocking the 415 area code from our 800# service.

We have a 30 minute call on our 800 # bill from this number on a Sunday evening when no one is here. Call is listed as being from SNFC CNTRL CA.

You should change your (800) service if they're not giving good service. Switch your existing number to Kall8.com. I've used it for over 8 years. No problems -- they have low rates (I pay $2 a month per number plus 6.9¢ a minute) and their web-based tools are awesome.

I had a call through my toll free Deaf video phone relay service from 415-728-9502.

The email from the relay service (i711 Relay) simply said  missed call from that number and they didn't leave a message.

Got a call from them on 800#.  No message left.  Caller ID said:  "1-863-223-5539 Cell Phone Fl",
but Origin of call was "1-415-728-9502  Snfc Cntrl, CA"
