I call the number again and I learned they are not calling on Pacific Standard time but from another  time zone but are using the 415 area code as a cover.

I received a call from this number.  They were requesting information on a name I know too well.  I told the he didn't live here any more.   This women had an accent some eastern as she rolled her r's.  I thought it was Russian and I spoke to her in that language but she didn't understand.  Last month it was British.  I believe they are calling from outside the country but are using the 415 area code to call within the US.  The next time I'll ask what time it is and if it isn't Pacific Standard, I'll know a story.

I suspect this company, Convergent Outsourcing also calls from 253-220-0713 as they are located in Washington State

I got calls from this number 3-4 times a day for weeks. They stopped about a week ago then started again. I do not take calls if I do not know the number. I hope they aren't as often.

I have had calls from this number daily most often in the am for at least 7 days. I screen my calls and did not pick it up. They never leave a message so they won't get an answer. I have never had a collection call in my life and am not late. I don't take solicitation calls so we have nothing to discuss.

I got this call from very early morning on my cell phone "this is a very important phone call for ***pronoucing my name***, please press 1.....etc". I just hang up immediately because I already know that it would either be SPAM, or, Cold-Call ads.  here I am checking out this number and it confirms my hangup.

We are getting calls from this debt collector number about an extremely old identity theft fraudulent credit card charge.

This is convergent/convergence, a debt collector that works for LVNV funding trying to get confirmation on name/number/address and last 4 of SS. They buy old debt (much that has already been settled or is no longer availible) and try to collect on it.

I've been getting a lot of credit card mails from Capital One and shreds them. Reported to 3 credit bureaus in case of scams. Now I've been getting a call from 415-844-9331. This is just like the same scams like Heather.

I had an English computer lady ask for me by name. I pushed one and then I was put on hold. I talked to someone and they claimed they were from Capital One. It didn't seem right to me at all. First of all, Capital One never calls me. I'm not behind and no creditors would be calling me. They wouldn't answer my questions, but they had my address.

I called Capital One talked to a representative and they said that there has been quite a few calls reported. They forwarded my complaint to their fraud department.  Be careful! Do not give any info to them. They are a scam and trying to get your personal information.

I called it back they claimed to be calling about a capital,one account. Wanted my personal information. They were called converging outsourcing or something like that
