If they are calling your cell phone its a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act

Keeps calling at my work phone, then hangs up when I answer. I called back and asked the name of the company, "Outsource Conversion", and I asked what type of business it was, Ashley who answered responed " It's a company, a busines" Please stop harrassing me at my place of employment, or man up and don't hang up.

I LOVE IT!!  More power to the people.  Good for you!  I do the same.  I call and hang up, sometimes leaving the line open, so they can't hang up.

Most annoying call on my cell.  the number is only two weeks old and they jumped right on it.

Stop calling me...they call 2-3 times a day and hang up after a couple of rings... annoying!

Received 2-5 phone calls a day on my cell over the last ten days from this number (as well as a couple other 800 numbers).  Nobody is ever on the other end of the line, and sometimes when I pick up, the call immediately "drops".

I got a prepaid phone from Walmart, paid cash, this number kept calling, want some money from Walmart???

Calls when I answer the wait is usually 45 seconds or more before a human comes on the line...rudely asks for someone always mispronouncing the name. When told they don't live here and never have the laugh at me and make rude remarks like sure they don't...when I pressure for a name I don't get a company name, but finally the man said his name was charles and slammed down the phone. I will not answer this caller again or we will pick up and lay the phone down for a bit , long enough for the call to connect and cost them ....

Just received a call from 8008472461,.and the person stated the name is on your caller id and not everyone lives in modern times. The man was just nasty.What kind of company is this?

ER Solutions, Inc. hung up after a second pause while i was yawning answering the call.  No idea who they are or what they want as all callbacks from o ur company line go with immediate pickup/hangup.

This company keeps calling my cell phone but they wont leave a message It sounds to me like these people are crooks (scammeers) under no cercomstances would I eve give my social security number to anyone. But I want these harrassing calls to stop! what can I do about it or how do I get a hold of the BBB?

I continue to get calls from this number and I want it to stop! Is this a fraudulant number?

I made payment arrangements with verizon and paid the last payment yesterday. I guess I didn't pay it off quick enough?  Now the collections agency is trying to charge me a fee!

This company is a fraud and I called them and then caled back and they change the name and way they answewr the phones. They hung up right on me after I caught them in the act. I am going to call a lawyer about being harassed. ---  FRAUDS!!!!!!! Everything gets back to them. I believe in Carma Frauds! I also have them recorded on all the calls from them and to them.  GOOD LUCK now I can get back to School Work! without being a fraud to make my money and go to jail li8ke you.

Which left a message as a computerized "english" woman. Saying that I have a debt etc.. and that I should call,1-800-847-2461, to either resolve the issue or to remove my number. If you get a call from one of these three numbers, it's the same place.

My debt is with Verizon wireless. There have been people complaining that they either do not have a debt with Verizon, or have resolved it but Verizon has not received payment. Most have pegged it as a scam. Regardless if you owe money to wherever, this collection agency shouldn't be trusted. Others have also said this agency is "ER Solutions", whether or not this is true, I don't know.

If you can, "blacklist" the number (T-Mobile can do this) and you won't be bothered by it again. Do the same to the other two, if you haven't already.

I get a call about 2:30 pm each day with no one on the line.  I did *69 today and got the above number as the caller.  Why is this happening???

FTC law basically states that upon request to be put on the DNC list it is illegal for anyone to continue to attempt to solicit and or collect a debt via telephone.
This guy was yelling at me and clearly is unstable as I have talked with debt collectors who are respectful.

the statute of limitation in the state of north carolina to collect a debt is 3 years. check your state.

So I got a call from this number this morning, when I picked up it put me on hold for the next representative and then hung up. I called them back and it was a collection agency for a Verizon bill.  I'm sure other people use them too. It was weird though because when I called she answered already knowing my name, it must pop up on their computer or something. I'll get their name next time I talk to them. She said it too quick the first time.

They just called my phone looking for my daughter and I gave them the number to the nearest FUNERAL HOME!!!!
