Got the same call, but my caller id showed the number as all 0's. Guy with foreign accent said I had been approved for a 6 grand loan at 10% apr. I asked him to send me the paperwork so I could see what the terms were. He him hawed around and asked me if I wanted the loan. I told him I would have to talk to my wife and call him back. He gave me the 415 number. I googled the number and got 572 hits, all with the same story. Needless to say, I will not be  calling him back. Sorry for you guys who went for it, but don't know what you can do about it other than report it to authorities. Don't know if they are investigating it or not already. In the mean time all  I can say is Caveat Emptor.

I get this call repeatedly. I work from home and it's very distracting. "Michael" called, said something about a loan - not really sure because his English was terrible but his accent was definitely foreign.  Considering buying an air horn to use the next time...and there will be a next time, I'm sure of it.

i am a disabled veteran from the marine corps ran into hard times applied for a loan on the internet because my exwife screwed me in divorce and killed my credit first talk to marcus at 4159355851 and was told to go to walmart and put 250 on a green dot moneypak card and call with the number I did that he said he would call within 45 mins with confirm number got a call from kevin from number 9404408425 said he was with texas federal credit union and said go to walmart since your credit is so bad we need 220 for insurance on the loan then he said you will have your money in 15 to 20 mins he would call and give me the deposit confirmation number never happen but got a call from same number and said go to walmart and get 160 green dot card because they couldn't deposit it in bank account because they weren't affiliated with metabank didn't do it that time these camel jokies (and that's being nice)  suck a** and they should pray to allauh or whoever the hell they pray to that I never find them

Do not trust these people i sent 220 dollars on a moneypak card and was promised to recieve 5000 in my account in an hour. never received anything but they sure got the last of my money. You will pay for this some kind of way your wrong for what you at doing.

Neither is going to happen.  The only thing that is going to happen is that some scammer is going to drain your bank account since you posted it for the whole world to see.

O  M  G!  Why on earth did you post your bank account AND routing number on a public website for any and all to see?  Are you trying to get your account drained?  Posting your address and phone number (repeatedly at that) was almost as foolish.  I just don't get it!

They scam you! They try to get you to place money in an untraceable prepaid card and then from there they will take it and not give you the loan. Should be stopped some how! They didn't get me but almost until they told me about the moneypac. They need to be stopped!

I got a call yesterday (4/30/13) and was told that I was approved for a loan.  I was then asked to call Kevin at 415-935-5851.  I spoke to Kevin who assured me that I could get a $20,000 loan for just $195 a month.  He asked me for my information: bank number. SSI number and said all I had to do was go to a Walgreens or Walmart and get a 'Green Dot Money Pack card', put $835 on the card and unfortunately I did that.  He said he would call me back assured me that the $20,000 plus $835 would be put into my bank account within 45 minutes.  There has not been any activity on my account in regards to his offer.  I believe that they stole the $835.00 from me and that I am out of luck.  There must be something that can be done to get this money returned to me.  PLEASE HELP!
