I am sick and tired of these indian b*****ds all they do is call all day and swear at me I'm sick of it what can I do

They call all day long and a man was talking to me very dirty asking if I was lesbian and liked to lick p#$$?  And other disgusting things. My advocate called him back and he was talking dirty to her and she told him she was only 13 and be continued to talk dirty to her.

Received my 3rd call today from this male person that I refer to in my previous comment from earlier today. I have not answered them but did return the last call within a few minutes and he answered.  I told him to stop calling me and he replied, Who is this.  I said that I was not going to tell him that and that he can tell from my number what number not to call again. He replied "And why should I stop calling you?"  I replied, because you are involved in fraudulent schemes and have been reported and I have been advised to not talk with you again...and he hung up on me.  Hope that is the last of him.  

The person who calls my cell phone from this number is a male with an asian type accent.  I called back yesterday after days of endless calls.  I could not understand what he said when he answered, but he had my full legal name and said that I had been approved for a loan that I applied for.  I have also received voice messages to my cell with a female voice of asian accent.  I informed him I have not applied for a loan for many many years and had no need to do so now.  He said that I applied online.  I told him I have never in my life applied for a loan onliine so this must be a scam or someone is trying to steal my identity.  He was able to confirm my name by my answering to it.  He asked me what I wanted to do, did I want to go through the cancelation process or did I want it sent over to the court house.  I asked him what he meant by "sent to court house" and he said that to avoid that I would need to cancel the application and pay the cancelation fee.  I asked him what address was on this loan application and he gave an address that was mine 20 years ago and probably mistakenly, I said I had not lived there for as long adding that this must be a scam.  He then hung up on me.  I texted the number right back that I would be reporting him for fraudulant schemes.  Then today already the same # has called me twice, starting at 7 am.  Now he just has weeded out some of the info he is phishing for.  The next time he calls and I can answer, I will be telling him that he has been reported and the authorities are onto him and should be arriving shortly and I have been prohibited from speaking to him so as to not interfer with prosecution.  

This same number has given me up to18 calla a day and changed their incoming iidentity number to appear as my work was calling me, my daughter was calling me, and other numbers in my phones address book! The best one was the incoming call u got from 911 ! They claimed to be Sargent peter smith from the united states police dept. Lol. These IDIOTS have scamed millions of dollars from unsuspecting people in the USA. Last time they called I used a air horn .... they got a little mad after that!

I'm the receptionist for a big company.  After I did my customary greeting, this man with a very heavy accent, said something about his name and company but I missed all that.  I did however catch him say something in regards to the fact that my loan has been approved for $8,000 and how would I like to get that.  I had about four more calls coming in, so I said, no thanks and hung up.  He called back immediately and said "Why did you hang up on me, I'm the CEO!"   I then said, who would you like to speak with Sir?  He said you.  Then he hung up on me.  Hmmm.... We'll see if he calls back.  

Claiming a loan was applied for and approved. No loan ever applied for. phishing scam.

I get six calls a day from this number telling me that I have been approved for loan, and then today he said we owed him money and he wants it now.  He said I am the CEO and you can't talk to me like that.  I hung up on him, he called right back.

The person said they were from All USA Financial and I was approved for a loan but I didn't applied for a loan

they said they worked for a loan company that they need money pak to process my loan atempt than kept asking for more money paks than stated the money pak isnt activated problem being is i haad used money paks before for 4 years never did  it have that problem thats when i realized it was a scam

I am currently going through the same issue. He said his name is Don Parker and is claiming I received a loan in 2013 and I just came back from an internship in a different country. I never received or even applied for a loan last  year.He's also telling me that I need to get an attorney and everything and was trying to force me to settle for a settlement to pay them.  His telephone number is 415*935*9309 . Scam

please what do i do these people are trying to scam my money they wont stop calling my phone and bothering me.

Stated that he is a paralegal for Atty Jeffrey Brown located in California. He said he is a paralegal named is Jack Smith, very heavy accent. If I do  not call right away with my lawyers information, they will file legal proceedings against me and my SS#. However, he could not tell me what legal proceedings or charges or anything. I called from another phone only message machine name is Jeffrey Brown a Federal Attorney for the federal legislation department and to leave all details on his voicemail

I agree I am not a criminal, this is a scam.

FYI: I have never been west of Missouri, let alone California, and I am not a criminal. Clearly, this is a scam.
