I hate to admit this, but my husband was fooled by this con artist.  The man who called is not a bill collector.  He is nothing more than a criminal looking to steal your money.  The company he says he's with is cash advance USA.  He called us repeatedly, threatening my husband. My husband fell for it initially, sad to say. It's hard to believe that the FBI or some other agency can't launch an investigation and prosecute.  AGAIN, this is not a shady bill collector.  It is a scam artist trying to steal your money.

Just wish I could stop these people calling to my work harrassing me and my co-workers, but they think its a game. I know its a total SCAM !!!!

I couldnt understand what he was talking about.This is day two they have called 5-6 times. Told me i was being sued and  for my attourney to call back immediatly. And please do not disregard this phone call if i do all he can do wish me the best of luck and god bless me. The funny part is he couldnt hardly speak english But his name was David Miller. LOL

I keep getting a call from this number and it has been going on for over a month now and they have my ssc and they keep calling me and today I called then back because they called my work today and asked them what the hell they wanted and the guy told me that i had credit f rode on my account and that I have an outstanding bill will a credit union and that my stuff was sent to collection and I asked him on what day did I so call take out this lone and he could not even give me the day or any of it. He stated to me that I have a loan against my car for $500, but wait can not be because I do not even have the title yet and he told me that I need to get a internee involved and that the only way this call is going to end is when I pay them $3,000 back or that the cops are going to come to my work in 45min and put me in cuffs and if I do not have the $3,000 by the time that I get to the court house that I will be sitting in jail for 6 months.
I think that it is funny that it is always a different person that keeps calling me weather it is a male or female the name always changes and they call you from the same number or they block it or it comes up all zeros or it comes through as 415-952-7351

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

The call came from number 415-952-7351.....I received a message saying it was urgent and time sensitive and if I didn't returned the call the guy said he wishes me luck. I called and an Indian woman answered and said it was about a case filed against me by a pay day loan company. I said I've never taken out a payday loan. She said haven't the police tried to contact you and I said no. She said that the police were due to arrive at my home to arrest me in 44 to 45  minutes. When I insisted I had never taken out a payday loan she just hung the phone up. I contacted the police to make sure. Nothing was on file against me. I tried calling the number back and was immediately disconnected. Scam Artists big time.

received a call saying that they need to speak to my fiancé and that it was important that she contact their lawyer. when I asked them for the information he could barley speak English so his words wasn't making out. once I received the number and the instructions I proceeded to tell him that I am currently in the lawyer practice and he proceeded to get a bad sense of amnesia of what was going on. once I called back and ask to speak to Kenneth Webster they said he wasn't available, I then told them that I knew why they were calling and that they're a scam and I was gonna have them under investigation, they proceeded to rush me off the phone. I called and called but no answer, what a coincidence huh? now I really am tryna sue them and put a stop to they shenanigans...

Just received a call from them on my cell phone..my mentality on that is, if you aren't a number saved in my phone, you'll get the voicemail.  I figure if it is important then they'll leave a message)...which they did.  Then before I could check my message, they called my work phone (NOT COOL)!  I was told I was being sued, no additional information except to call Kenneth Walker @ 415-752-7351.  I happen to know when you are being sued for a debt, you are served papers and not contacted by phone and threatened.  I WILL NOT BE CALLING THEM BACK!!  If they call my work phone again, I will be notifying them that they are NOT to call my work phone EVER again!

This number called and told me I would be arrested within the hour for some loan I never paid back.  The number is 415-952-7351.  They did not ask for any type of money.

I got the same thing except his name was James Wilson and to call back and ask for his superior attorney.

I got 2 BLOCKED calls and I finally answered it and a man w/ Indian accent, James Wilson, called me as well.  How are they allowed to do this rap.  Told me to call back this number. 415-952-7351

I got the same call as all you people did but I also got 1 from New York to and San Francisco saying they are coming to arrest me in the next 2 hrs called my bank they told me no red flags were on my account and that I have never received any money they claim I received also call my local pd and they did a local and national search for any warrants or any such bad things he said there is nothing out there. The people who called are all Indy sounding can not say your real basic name right. People who are getting these calls don't worry it's a scam.    P.S. if you call them out at all they just hang up on you so people don't worry!!!!

This number called me at work last evening and a heavy accent indian man told me they were the bureau of investigation and that someone was pressing criminal charges against me. I told him to send me a letter that I wasn't giving info over phone. He said would you want to talk to my boss Im just a paralegal. I said yes. He said call right back and ask for Kenneth Webster. You call back immediately! he said. I know I haven't done anything....I said ya whatever< don't ever call my work number again.

They called my house line and cellphone repeatedly today - when I turned it back on them and called them, she called me every name in the book - even with their broken English I could understand THAT.  She said, "what is your f-ing problem you stupid f'ing w*ore".  Guess they don't like it when the table gets turned around!  I threatened to report them to the FBI if they continued to contact me.

My co-worker had a message from David Bragus on her voice mail at work saying it was very important and she needed to call back right away.  He had a very strong Indian accent, plus he kept changing the number to call him back at around.  When I called back from my work phone not hers, the fisrt time we got one beep the second time we spoke with a man that said David Bragus was his paralegal.  My co-worker never gave her name yet he knew it.  He asked again what her name was she would not tell and asked what they wanted from her and he hung up on her.  The number was 415-952-7351.

This people have been blowing up the phone with threatening calls all day long. Threatening legal action and some crap about a cash advance and told me it doesn't matter who they are or their company name. Went so far as to tell me not to interrupt him while he was talking. That's ok I have nothing better to do apparently then give them a dose of their own harassment.

This number called me on Memorial Day. It was a heavily accented Indian man and I couldn't understand anything he was saying. He mentioned something about me or my lawyer contacting him asap and if I ignore the call then he wishes me the best of luck. I tried to call the number back but it just rang and rang and no one ever picked up. SCAM!!!

I have been getting calls from the same indian man saying if I don't call him back immediately then he wish me the best of luck the number is 415-952-7351. These people need to get a job and a life. I believe he said the name Robert Jackson it was really hard to understand the message I daont even answer numbers I don't know if its important they can leave a message on voicemail and I'll call them right back. These people need to be stopped. I think I might call back and be a pain in there butt for about 2 hours. Good day to all.

Received several calls from this #  on memorial day with threats that  I needed my attorney to contact them ASAP. I called them back and no response. After reading these page a left a msg saying that if they contact me again instead of me "going to jail" their a***s will be in jail first thing in the AM since I have all their info now. Don't fall for this BS Scam. They are seriously getting people scared and stealing $! I hope they get caught big time and very soon. So inconvenient they call even on holidays.

They called me with the same message. Since I knew it was a scam when I called back and got someone on the phone I blew an air horn into the phone. I hope I blew out his ear drums.

I got this call non stop. I knew it was a scam right away. The best part was the sand monkey who could barely speak English who said his name was Kevin Johnson. Then he called again and said his name was Kevin Cooper. What a f****ng idiot. Go back to ur country
