call from 416-000-7935 at 12:21 pm. i don't answer numbers i don't recognise. yesterday a call from 416-000-3146 at 10:51am same thing didn't answer... who are these people???

Got a call form this number telling me that my car warranty is running out and that I shoud sign with them???? who are these people?  anyone know...

i got several times from 416-000-7935 ! f***ing these caller! what the hell do you want?

After my air time runs out I'm switching my number and *never* putting any number on the do not call list.

Received a call from this number on Feb.17 but did not answer it. My cell number is on the do not call list and I think that has something to do with this.

keep getting a call from similar numbers. they finally left a message about car warranty. i'm sure its a scam.

Got a call from 416-000-7935 on Feb 17 at 10:33 am. Only the number shows up and you can't dial back. If this keeps up...I may cancel my cell phone because I don't need this kind of hastle away from home....

Have 6 phones...all Rogers...all inundated with these 416-000-XXXX calls.  My other phone providers do not have this problem.  Rogers will not support at all...(not surprising due to their absolute lack of any support...they train their staff to sell cell's....not support customers.

I also received a call from this number. I am with Telus. I first thought maybe Telus sold a list to them, but then I don't think this is as sophisticated as everyone thinks. They are likely just going through all the combinations for a given prefix. It's simple! Doesn't seem like they are targeting anyone in particular, just random. It's easy for them to just have a autodialer call every number, in sequence.

I also received a call from this number on Feb 17/09 @ 1:11 p.m. I didn't answer the call because the number didn't look legitimate. In the past number of weeks I've received a number of calls from odd numbers (area codes 202, 818 & 410). Now that I think about it - this seems to have started SINCE I put my cell number on the do not call list. I also am a Rogers customer so I am thinking that perhaps they have sold a list of customer numbers to other parties.

I have a Telus contract phone.
and i get scam calls.
also, my home phone does.

I don't think it's just Rogers.

The only people who call my home anymore is basically different states, provinces and telemarketers sooo.

I got about 20 calls from this number.

It's a known scam and is very annoying. It also seems to be somewhat destructive.

Today at around 2:30pm they called my phone but i was unable to answer and hang up, it went to voice mail AND LEFT A MESSAGE.

late tonight, i went to delete it and it was IMPOSSIBLE to delete.

So i called rogers about 4 different times to get them to delete it. they couldn't delete it either.

Eventually what had to happen was rogers had to freeze my account, unfreeze it, delete voice mail, re-add voice mail, change every password and get me to restart my phone. It was finally deleted after about 200 attempts by 8 different people.

Rogers suggested going to https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/ and registering under the do not call list. It seems to be the only way.

416-000-8972,416-000-7931, calling my Cell# every other day.  I'm with Telus so it's not just Rogers.

Multiple calls on my cell over the last month.  I'm with mobility.  Finally pressed 1 today (Feb 20, 2:15pm) to try and find out who this company is but she wouldn't give anything other than Warranty Services - no other info.  Told them to put me on do not call.  

Similar scam not too long ago where they were saying it's a warranty, but actually trying to get you to buy insurance (why?).

Got same call feb 18th at 10:21am.  "second and final warning...." auto warranty.  

Pressed 1 and I spoke with Anthony.  Asked him how he lives with himself scamming people, and taking their money.

He said it's not a scam and some article was retracted??  At least I kept him on the line for a few minutes swearing at him so he couldn't scam others during that time.  Just doing my public duty.

I've been getting 3 a day. It gets annoying when you can't find these a**les. I found that venting my frustrations on ANY Telemarketer helps lower the blood pressure. They're easy to find on the web and I doubt they appreciate the macro I have set up that sends them 8 hours of constant replies to their contact form while I sleep. Makes for great dreams!

this # called 416 000 7935 & 416 000 0012 as well ... didn't answer ... no vm ... it is a scam .. has nothing to do with cell phone company ... it has to do with things online ... ie; ipsos servey ... kijiji ... there is a couple of them that it adds you to it ... as well as a land line in NC ... 602 343 2228 .... all trying to sell you BS ...
Just dont answer .. no way to get them to stop calling as well ... just to inform you all

I have received 2 calls from this number with no message left (one today Feb 18 and Feb 16.  I am with Bell Mobility.  It's really annoying.

Wow you are my hero!! :) If I ever talk to them, I might do the same if I feel that moment that I have some balls :D

Or I will just speak my language (my first language is a very small European language, impossible to understand for non-native speakers) and yap away :D

Oh darn, I just got a call about this as well... It said "press 2" if you want off the calling list and I did that. It said something about a vehicle warranty. first I thought it was a wrong number that someone had given, but now that I see your messages. Oh no! It is scam. I don't even OWN a vehicle!

I have been getting the same phone calls and I am with Rogers as well.. let me know if they have anything to say about it.

So annoying.. no voicemail has called twice now.

Got one a few days ago but I did not answer.  It left a message of dead air for about .5 second.  Another one today and I answered it to tell them off, but no one was on the other end, so I hung up.

rec'd a call on my Rogers cell from 416-000-7935 nobody on the other end. also rec'd calls from 919 area code trying to sell extended auto warranty. going to call Rogers to investigate......
