This number is Primus Canada, the long distance service provider. I received a two calls with no one answering on the other end. I called the number and found out it was Primus.

I don't know if it's Primus, but they called me, hung up, and called back. An East Indian man identified himself as customer support for thephonecardstore.ca and asked if I had purchased a phonecard, and if so, did I receive the email with PIN number for it?
I called customer service of thephonecardstore.ca at 1 888 282 0752 to verify if it was normal for them to call customers at midnight to verify card purchase PIN receipt. The East Indian woman on customer service at the 888 number became agitated with me and verified that Santosh did call me, as that is customary practice. I recommended to her that she update the website to indicate that customers may receive a call to verify purchase and/or receipt of PIN, so others wouldn't be surprised/suspicious.
