Sick of these SOB's from calling all the time. Why cant we live in peace. Always some a** hole telemarkers. Bugging.  They hang up before u can call back. Billy air ducts cleaning. You be sorry a** hole.

Give them an address in some remote area. Or better yet, send them to a police station or fire department.

Billys air duct ckeaninh quit calling me every week for the last thtee months, I don't want your service and this is harassment !!!!!

These calls will stop after only we run this company ragged. Ask them involved, time consuming questions, when they call you back. Pretend someone is at the door and leave them on hold awhile. Give them a false address to have their truck go out on a job and be tricked, into wasting worker's time. They are wasting plenty of our time. They need some of their own medicine.

Waste their time and cost them money.  Go through with the call and tell them you will get your ducts cleaned. Tell them you moved half a year ago and give them a fake address (your local police stations or fire departments).  Tell them that they called your office number and you are not happy with that and ask them to change your number to a fake one.  If everyone does this you will waste their time, cost them money and embarrass the telemarketing firm, because whoever got the call will be lambasted by the guys who show up at the fake address.

Whisper so they can't hear you which makes them turn up their headset volume, then find the most gut wrenching sound from any playback system.  Best to use an old mono radio,  or old computer speakers with a ragin heavy metal track and turn it up max.  Just a nice way to play a mean battle at their own game.

Some of these comments are hilarious.  Here's my encounter.

After the 112th time of them calling me and me continuing to say "no!", I decided to have fun and talk in different accents each call.  One time I had a lisp and I told the teledude I was gonna give him a duct cleaning.  He says" you're gonna clean my ducts?"
I said, " oh yeah, I'm gonna clean the *&^% out of your ducts."
I'll tell yeah, it was unreal that here I am talking with a duct cleaner that WOULD NOT leave me alone and I'm having this whack conversation.  Finally I said, "listen here, I'm not interested in any of your services and do not call me again!"  the whole time he's saying " No you listen, and you listen to my specials!"
I hung up and he immedaitely called again.................
This CRTC crap, or complaint boards don't do shite.  Things get done only when big companies like Bell have the money to pay out, not to mention the media attention it attracts.

These morons call me everyday, and everyday I say" eat s***!".  Finally, they called and I had enough.  I said " Sure, I'll book an appt, does that mean then you will stop calling me?"  The indian guy says" Oh yes sir, absolutely!'
I say" How will you do this if it's a computer automated calling machine?"  
He says " All I have to do is click option D and that will stop calling you"

Can you believe this sh--?  Everyday they call, and everyday I say "no and stop calling me!"  They didn't stop calling until i booked an appt and when they came to my door in their heap of sh-- truck i told them to F--- off and stop bothering me.

I was a close friend of Rupen and just for you to know. His license to represent is revoked and now he is calling up people, actually telemarketing for duct cleaning services regardless of DNC numbers.
And then goes to the people's houses and does the  job, God knows what he  does there  but comes out with big upsell amounts.

Recenlty he put some lady's number on his dialer and kept on calling her non stop day and night untill she had to change her number. That woman had a son suffering from cancer, and this cruel Tamil refugee had no mercy.

Another of his evil acts involve in damaging  a customer's property and fleeing from site. The customer did take his truck registration and has apparently gone to court. I wish there was any body who could bring him to justice, i have a few of his recordings and emails confirming both these cases and many more of the illegal things he is doing there.
Another thing about the Moris Stein legal agents inc, there is no body by that name, Rupen receives the call with a variation in his voice.

They did not leave a message so called back and said "number not in service?!!!!" who is this?!

when I answered, They asked to speak to owner of the house, but they do not know the owners name.

I thought of a solution to this problem.When you recieve a call book an appointment weather you intend to use them or not because time is money and we all can waste it like they waste ours. I have radiators and not a ducts in the house but I'm going to book the next appointment

this is the most stupid caller as I know, they called me at list 10 times last 2 weeks and always offer same thing. Duct cleaning. I could not get what they're talking from other size.

416-222-2333 has called several times through the last week.
On Friday Oct 15 they phoned twice. 1st call at 5:30 pm, no one on line when I answered. I repeat hello, still dead air. Then about 5 or 10 seconds later a recorded female voice stated "we're sorry" and the call hung up. 2nd call at 8:40 pm. Again no one on line when I answered. Dead air for 20 seconds followed by a recorded female voice "good-bye" and call hung up.
On Sat Oct 16 they phoned at 9:20 am. This time there was a male telemarketer ready to try to pitch us. Indian accent and obvious boiler-room atmosphere in background. Standard, annoying fishing tactics: "Is this Mr XXXXX?" repeated twice when I decline say yes or no followed by "How are you doing today?" to try to trick us into converstaion. Always refuse to acknowledge, or deny your name - let them keep guessing, since they obviously using old lists and don't know you. Then he tries to pitch some sort of duct cleaning service, using an unclear company name. I stated that the number they called does not contract over the phone and asked to be put on their internal "do not call" list. Telemarketer agreed, and was generally cordial, but we need to see if calls continue. After all they did call with recorded messages and hang ups at least 3 time prior to events I have described here.

These idiots keep calling trying to sell duct cleaning services.  When told the number they are calling is on the DNCL, they just hang up.

Stop calling, If I need work done I'll call myself.

Got a call from this number Dec 18 2010 at 1pm. Did not pick up. Let it go to the answering machine. Caller did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number tonight. Did not pick up. I let it go to the answering machine. I don't think it is automated, as the person did not hang up quickly enough before the machine started recording. I heard air, then a click (when the person obviously hung up). Did anyone from outside the 416 area code get a call from this number?

I'm always getting calls from this number, even though I've been on the DNC list since its inception.  We simply don't answer our home phone anymore.  If I didn't need a phone line for the computer, I'd cancel mine, I mean, what AM I paying for?  Harassment!?

someone called from this # today stating they were calling from Bell Canada, Then asked if I had my home phone service through Bell. I asked why he was asking that if he was calling from Bell and he hung up!

We received a call from this number yesterday.

I got a call from them  and wasn't home, my kid answered and wouldn't give the guy my cell number (good girl!!!) the guy said that i'd be in 'big trouble' if he didn't talk to me today... then told her that she'd be responsible for the 'trouble' that I would be in she didn't give him my number! She still didn't. Who are these people?

I got a call from them today. I answered. They hung up. Can't wait to talk to them again.

Also received a call from this number. Did not answer, did not leave a message.
