I just got a call at 4.30am today.   First call rang twice then hung up.  10 seconds later another call, rang once then hung up. Bell has got to do something about this but they don't give a crap except for their fat pockets.  Yeah I'm pissed.  Can you tell??

Same thing happened to us got calls from this same  # we didn't answer but it won't stop calling got quite annoyed but didnt know how to stop these rascals

This number just called me and I found it very concerning. So I called Bell Canada 310-2355 and told them to investigate this number because of my call plus the other alarming things that were found by these complaint sites. Now Bell has listed it under fraudulent use and is getting the Police involved. I Tell you people Please phone the phone companies directly with your concerns. They are the true owner of these phone numbers and really can put a stop to it. It works!!!

I got a call 3 minutes ago from this number, stating that they are from RBC bank and wanted to come visit us at home to discuss insurance policy. But it sounded creepy because RBC will never do house visit especially pertaining insurance. So i told him that i am not comfortable having them in my home! But this call i knew was phoney.

I think it's linked to Skype, cause i was talking to my boyfriend and his cell phone died, when he called me back through Skype this number came up (416-252-0153) when i answered it, it just beeped and no one was on the line. when he called back again it came up as caller unknown and he asked why i had hung up on him...I think it's has to do with Skype re-routing the calls.  This would explain the wide range of where the calls are coming from.

Some time ago I got several calls from a telemarketer from that number. I spoke once and ignored all others.
However today I got a call again. I was not sure if it was the same number, so I answered the phone. It was a friend of mine... After the conversation I compared the number in my phone list and found that it was the same number. I asked the friend about the way he called me and he told me that he called via Skype.
So, that means that the number (416)252-0153 is a routing number from Skype...

Got a call from this number from someone I recognized.  I think it's just a local routing number through which long distance calls go through...

had this # call me and I called right back and it said it was disconnected

yea got a call from this number today. called it back and some operator women says "sorry the number you are calling is not assigned". what does that mean? weird

I actully got a prank call from this number which scared me to death during it.
The man said someone from my school died and witnesses gave them my number and he said he was from the FBI. he also said that they think it was a hate crime and they think that me and my friends hate afircan americans. Then he talked to my mom to confirm some answers that i gave him to his questions. Then at the end of it he screamed "WHITE POWER" and i got pissed off so i hung up.

Well... i got called too. But the strange thing is, i'm not even from here. I live in the netherlands... How would they know my phone number..

got a call, the person actually asked if i was home using my full name ...
and then i tried calling back cuz i wasnt home and it was disconnected...

We get calls from this number, at least 3 times a week! We don't answer calls from numbers that we don't know, and we don't have an answering machine......cuz, anyone important knows to call either of us on our cell phones, if we can't be reached at home!

Got a call from this number and did not answer.  There was a voicemail message, but all it was was a woman speaking to someone else in the background, saying "I just don't get it."  Tried calling back, but got a recording saying that my call could not be completed as dialed.

I received calls from this number several times but we heard no one on the other side. When I tried to
call back no number found available at such a number. I believe whoever using this fake number to
be visible as caller ID, They are using VOIP and they should be prosecuted.

Just got a call from this number - I normally do not answer the phone to numbers i don't recognize but since I'm job searching and anyone who calls could be a potential employer I picked up.   The dude said he was from bell canada - spoke with an accent and it sounded like he was calling from a horrid cell phone. (line was full of static and I couldn't hear him too clearly)  told him we were not interested and to call back another time.  Then i googled it and found this info...  UGH.   He called me "ma'am"  too.

I just got a call from this number. I didnt answer but decided to look it up on the internet, which is what i do when I get a call from a number i dont recognize. It took me to this page. Thanks to everyone here I will now save this number as "Dont answer" to go along with my other "Dont answers" in my phone.

Received calls many times from this number and finally answered this call. A lady said she is supporting the safety of the children in mississauga and also said that she is not asking for any thing but will place an ad to advertise the business in the local community.

I called back that number and it says number is not in service.
