Number called, no message, called back, line is disconnected...

appears to be skype.
Other end could not hear me and they called back showing up on another similiar number.

It's Skype, and very likely the person who was trying to call you had a bad connection.

I get calls from this number all throughout the day, no messages. I answered once and heard the dead silence that you get the first second or two when there is another telemarketer trying to bug you. I hate this stuff. I need to get a hold of a phone spam filter as this is getting out of control here in North America and you'll get them on the worst times of day too.

Got a call from this number this morning. Picket up the phone and dead silence on the other end.

yeah I've been getting these calls for months now...every day..and same thing..no one would answer and when you try to call back, the number is disconnected ????

almost 2am and this number just rang.  no talking, just some quiet sniffing or something in the background.  ???

I missed a call from 416-360-1176 on Friday, July 18, 2008, however I have received many calls from this number prior to the above stated date. Unfortunately I always miss the call. I called the number back, my results were an operator stating that the line has been discontinued.

This number calls daily, no one there when I answer, how can I block these calls

I get these calls everyday!!!!!!!! They are at the worst times and no one speaks.  I've even picked up the phone without saying "Hello?" no one responds either! Its Freaking me Out!!!

I have rec'd calls from this # also but now when I see who is calling I don't pick up the Phone. I hope that annoys them to no end.

I just answered this call and there was someone on the line.  It was a radio station asking me to listen to chum FM and that they were having a contest, $1000. win.  They had all my info, no I didn't give them anything but name, but they had that anyway.

rec'd 4 very obscene messages from this number, but caller knew all of our personal info.  Names, address ect.  where is this coming from?  how can we track this?  can the cops do anything?

Got a call from 416-360-1176 January 5/09, 6:10 pm.  She said she was from BB something BBC (?) She was getting ratings for radio stations in my area, Toronto area.  I just said "not interested" and hung up. I previously subscribed to 'do not call' so who is this person?  Also she knew my last name.

These are the guys involved with credit card fraud. Sometimes they pose as the credit bureau and sometimes your bank. Do not answer this call. They use Skype to scam people.

We got a call from this number too - did not answer it though...

I have received this call every day, called back  phone number cannot reach.

Ithink its skype I added it to my PC  and  today I called myself at 8:45 and I got a  call from  that number

Received calls from 416-360-1176, 000 0123456 then 0000000000 at 3:30am.  Checked these numbers from the web but no clues.  End up they were calls made by my friend from overseas via skype.  She called me for some urgent issues.

Anyway, I didn't answer those calls but she finally get reach of me some other way.
